Edit: Actually that's not true, I never found the Shuri Panther and Klaw 2 pack either. Edit 2: Crap, I take it all back I forgot about the Antman and Stinger 2 pack AND the Thor/Groot/Rocket 3 pack. Last edited by Nutimus Prime; 10-08-2018 at 09:15 PM.. |

Someone said it earlier, but the Elite Scale WWE Raw or Smackdown ones are the best ones out there. There is also an NXT (the WWE Developmental League) Elite Scale one. The only difference between that one and the Raw or Smackdown ones is that the NXT version doesn't have any LED lights.
Alternatively, Ringside Collectibles still carries their Elite Scale Ring exclusive, which was the ring (same scale as the three I just mentioned) and comes with the ring skirts for Wrestlemania 32 and Raw. Ringside is the BBTS of Wrestling Toys, and is your best bet for finding them at a good price. I got my ring at TRU a while back when they finally started their fire sale for a good price, but due to the figures they come with (currently the only places you can get Goldberg or Jinder Mahal) the tend to go for a higher price on the secondary market. |

I might be looking into downsizing some of my collection soon as well.....nothing too crazy but a lot of redundancy....no point in having like 5 versions of the same character when realistically only one is going to be displayed....unless I'm just digging the figure that much. I'm probably going to keep all of the MCU Thors I have at the very least.
Civil War Black Panther is probably getting sold when we get that new one with the Chadwick Boseman head in December. |

On a related note, it's kind of funny hearing some of you complain about having to buy the same wave twice to have a Shadow King and a Kingpin figure. No way would I do that (particularly since I don't want most of this wave anyway). I'd be good with just swapping heads and having the figure rotate between different displays (X-Men, Daredevil & Spider-man). Quote:

I got the Infinity War 3 pack and am now stuck with Dr. Strange and that terrible Iron Man, I now kinda want a decent Dr. Strange. My only gripe is the permanent time stone effects, so would just getting the movie Dr. Strange single pack and swapping it to the new better head work? Also does the new cape fit the old Dr. Strange?
You know this actually brings up a minor gripe I have with some of the 10th anniversary figures. A few of them are too scene specific for my tastes. I don't want to display Strange always using the Time Stone, Pepper in workout clothes or Hulk always under the influence of the Scarlet Witch. As for Strange's cape, the new cape is supposedly more accurate but has a peg. The problem is the old Strange figure does not have a peg hole on the back. Civil War Black Panther is probably getting sold when we get that new one with the Chadwick Boseman head in December. I sold all of my comic book figures this summer to focus on MCU Marvel Legends. Last time I counted I was up to 144, but I may need to do an update. It took everything I had to pass on The Thing when I saw him last week. I keep telling myself "be patient and we will see them in the MCU soon (I'm betting by 2021)". And for the longest time I was against having the battle damaged Iron Man and Captain America, 2 extra Star Lords, BAF Thanos, etc....but I finally found a way to display them that justifies it for me. Instead of displaying my figures by films and phases, I now display them by franchise. Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man & The Wasp, Doctor Strange, and Black Panther. Makes much more sense and allows me to save space for future MCU Marvel Legends (Sequels to existing franchises, Captain Marvel, The Eternals, Fantastic 4, X-Men, Black Widow) for my Detolfs. |

That new head puts the old one to shame in so many ways.

Me, I'm cool with just having an MCU Heroes display and MCU Villains display (and it's pretty awesome that we actually have enough villains now to fill a display. Before last year, I think all we had were Ultron, Winter Soldier and Loki if I'm not mistaken. I guess Baron Mordo sorta counts?). One thing is finding out a way to get rid of my extra Star-Lords, since I've basically kitbashed the 3 we got last year into what I consider my "ultimate" Star-Lord. I guess one can be moved to a comic Guardians display though. |

I agree. I mean im not that into ff but damn its solid. If they'd used a smaller body for torch its be the perfect representation of the team.

If you're going strictly the MCU route, then the way you have them displayed makes perfect sense. Definitely makes it easier to know where to put the 10,000 Iron-Man figures we've received lol.

I'd love to see Hasbro do a proper Marvel Legends Movie Iron-Monger in proper scale, somewhere in-between Gladiator Hulk and Hulkbuster. He's by far the best villain from any of the Iron-Man movies. |

Loving the look of this set more and more. How does the AIM Beekeeper head look on the repainted Paladin body? Goofy, or just ridiculous enough to work?

Just picked up a Iron monger(Mcu) legends scale from letgo. He was only $2 so I definitely jumped at that to put him in my Mcu display.

Originally I was going to build it as a just a big MCU anniversary diorama with a battle tearing up the streets and subway... But after building the set I decided not to "battle damage" it so I just briefly tossed the MCU (and some Sony guys that haven't been re-done yet) figures in to see how big of a collection it would end up being... There's a lot of 'em (Mordo went with the bad guys since his last act in Doc Strange clearly shows him no longer on the side of good...)

Had I gone the battle route (and I still might I guess) Here are the rough breakdowns of what it would eventually show...

Nice display(s). Do not like it at all. I wouldn't display it like that...even "joking around"... Last edited by Augustus_Cole; 10-09-2018 at 11:57 AM.. |
