Has anyone been able to tell if that 2 pack Hawkeye has a quiver? I may need to track my own down because that’s going to bug the hell out of me, an archer with a bow with no quiver of arrows

I don't hate the armored Thanos BAF. The grimace is kind of goofy, but I'm not opposed to swapping it with the stoic head from last year's box set. Still, wish there was an alternative for the helmeted head expression.
Which will likely come two months after I've bought the entire wave for the BAF. Sigh. |

The Avengers waves bore me to tears, consistently. I can’t wait for X Men to become the main focus of the MCU. Even though I probably still wouldn’t buy any movie figures, comic X Men get me hyped. Even the C/D list characters excite me so much more than any Iron Man figure ever could.

These showed up in the mail this week. I was going to try and unload the Odinson, Jane Foster, and Maleketh...but this set looks too good in the box for me to open right now. I wish I could have grabbed it cheaper, but Bor and Ulik are getting expensive on EBay. Ole Dreadknight was pretty cheap. I still kind of want to pick up that Purple Man.

Thank y'all...here's hoping the next attempt at her by Hasbro looks a bit more "White Queen-ish"

Does this lackluster wave portend a downturn turn for Hasbro ML??? Is this Hasbro's Mojo wave???
...regardless, I'm still all in on the canon figs and I've plans for that LL. That said, I've laughed to myself a few times at how phoned in this wave is. Good thing MCU is not on my radar - were that the case, I'd be beside myself right now. Armored Thanos wave >|=|< than the Abomination wave? FYI - I don't care about the answer...it's a rhetorical question. For example since last year figures I purchased including BAF: 1. Okoye (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 3. 2. Lizard (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 4. 3. Thanos (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 0. 4. Cull Obsidian (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 0. 5. Apocalypse (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 4. 6. Monster Venom (BAF) 7 figures total purchased 3. 7. M'Baku (BAF) 7 figures total purchased 0. 8. Kree Sentry (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 2. 9. Kingpin (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 3. Note: IMO, the waves have been so interesting to me. Also, I am a comic collector, will collect MCU figures, if the figure is to my liking, the Hulk Buster, but as of late, no MCU figures have been capturing my interest.

The reactions to this wave have been interesting, because I don't quite get the doomsaying. It's definitely one of the weaker waves, but I'm not quite getting how it's somehow indicative of the line coming to a close or anything quite that severe. Even the uglier figures like Cap I'd argue come from working from bad source material (since that those quantum suits are whack anyway).

I would have to say, that there has been a decrease in my purchasing of waves:
For example since last year figures I purchased including BAF: 1. Okoye (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 3. 2. Lizard (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 4. 3. Thanos (BAF) 8 figures total purchased 0. 4. I came to the realization years ago when Hasbro announced their plans to release "more Legends in one year than ever before" that there was an inevitable downside to the proclamation. Most people should be aware of the truth to the notion that too much of a good thing is indeed a bad thing. What seemed like largesse on the part of Hasbro was destined to sour (imo) and I asked whether collectors really believed the toy maker would increase their expenditures on manufacturing to a commensurate degree to match their output. Nah, that was never going to happen. Like any other corporation, they were going to pump out more product while spending roughly the same amount of dough resulting in a steady decline in wares. That's businesses - only the uninitiated stumble when trying to grasp this reality. I admonished that quality trumped quantity, but most disagreed, which is fine in the big scheme. Do I think Hasbro with ultimately fail? Of course they will. Everyone does eventually - life holds so many lessons and most of them bite. Do I care if Hasbro fails? Hell no. Toy Biz came before and some muthafucker will come after. At the end of the day I'm a fan of action figures, not Hasbro. Same with these MCU movies - I'm not a fan of Feige, I'm not even a fan of current Marvel, I'm a fan of this particular pantheon of heroes and the comics I read as a kid. Fuck all the other noise. I'd apologize for my language, but it's 2 in the morning, I'm drunk, and I'm riding a long train home from the city after spending time with friends at places I didn't want to go to...so zero fucks are given right now...I'll regret it tomorrow...probably not.
