Seeing that Rogue vs Pyro old school 2pk makes me really wish we had gotten any new info about Legacy Rogue. She is my current number 1 want and I would love if she is the version in the 2pk with Pyro (a figure I also really want too). Jim Lee Rogue is her most popular look and I hope it does get reproduced in some way but my favorite look is definately her first Uncanny Avengers hooded uniform (particularly as drawn by Clay Mann). Which....Hasbro isnt making but I have everything I need to custom make one as soon as I can get a Legacy version. So bring it on!
They also really got me with that yellow glove tease. Jim Lee re-issue? AoA Rogue? Extra pack in for those who got the first version? Is it for someone other than Rogue (Husk wears yellow and might remove her glove to tear off her flesh and reveal what she has changed into)? I just dont see it being specifically for Legacy Rogue (obviously its yellow, but even repainted the Legacy look is wearing long gloves not short ones). I would curse them for teasing us but for me it really did accomplish what Hasbro was going for...to get us thinking and chatting about what it was. Its been on my mind since I saw it and I probably wont stop thinking about it til we know more. |

I was thinking about picking up an extra X-Man for Skullfire, I got lucky and found someone on Mecari selling just Polaris's body for a reasonable price
I don't think it's greedy, we usually see more than we did yesterday over the course of SDCC, what we saw yesterday was pretty much what would be on display before the panel, maybe less, and then there would be more reveals at the panel that would be put on display right after. I gotta say though, these accessory teasers are giving me PTSD flashbacks to Matty Collector and Toy Guru I'm hoping we see Rogue!! Maybe even..dare I say...STILT MAN? |

StrongGuy is AWESOME! so glad to have him- now to wait for Wolfsbane or just due the standard polaris kit-bash?

My Strong Guy, Sunspot, and Black Tom got shipped from Dorkside! Sadly Warpath did not. I hope he gets shipped out sometime this week. I grabbed him at the same time as the others when they first went up loose.

(Besides- when Forge joined, Quicksilver quit and I prefer the unattached look of QS) |

I took some more shots of Spider-Man. Someone wanted to see MJ's head on the Jessica Jones body, so I included that too.

Now now, Forge's first issue was #93 and Quicksilver didn't leave until #95, that's a two issue overlap that they could be in team shots together

Now with 100% more Scottish Lass... but I'm debating fur cuffs for her ankles and wrists... I didn't swap the ankle joint out (should have put a black one in when I swapped the feet) so the yellow will scratch through frequently if I'm not careful (I did swap her knees with a BP figure with brown knees so everything but the ankles will be fine with articulation) The fur ankles would cover up the yellow easy enough but not sure I want her super fuzzy...

I feel the same way. Forge wasn't part of the X-Factor I remember. He was still lurking in the Blackbird hangar.

THAT'S where I keep him- he's support staff for the Blue and Gold team- he hangs out with Prof.X, Banshee, and Moira McTaggert in the Danger Room observation landing (though i did recently ditch my Banshee because his colors didn't match the new Forge...

Might be too many to release together in a box set. Release 3 sets of figures from the Uncanny X-Men # 275 cover through Amazon for easy ordering. 5 figures in set 1, 4 figures in box 2, and 5 figures in set 3. Gladiator and Magneto get a rerelease. The back of the boxes combine to make the art from the gatefold cover.

I wouldn't mind a couple boxes of Then&Now figures in classic and modern costumes- that way we get a banshee to finish off the All-New All-Different team AND a blue/yellow Banshee for the modern(ish) look.

Did they redo this boxset at some point? I know i bought a set with all of the rest of the figures but I swear on my life I don't recall the skrull.

Maybe throw in Deathbird and that Xavier somewhere to make us all happier. And Starjammers and Imperial Guardsmen.....I'm getting carried away aren't I? I always wondered why they put Xavier in that set instead of Psylocke, but I guess having even two females in a box set was pushing things back then. |

I'm usually a big fan of Then and Now figure sets. With my 6" collection I have tried to stay to a single version of a character (mostly due to cost), but there are always some exceptions (for me its mostly Scarlet Witch, for my partner its Storm)
I would buy a first appearance Brotherhood Scarlet Witch and a Kevin Wada designed modern Scarlet Witch in a 2 pack together so quickly. For fans of a single character Hasbro could knock out a lot of different costume looks quick. Also, I am shocked we haven't seen those X-men team uniforms yet. Ever since the Endgame Hawkeye Black Widow team uniform pack I've imagined Hasbro would produce them in a similar way. One male body with Gambit, Wolverine, and Banshee heads. Add wings for Banshee, two clawed hands for Wolverine, and throwing cards hand for Gambit. Then One female body with heads for Storm and Psylocke and Jubilee (maybe). Lightning, psyblade, and a firework (disco dazzlers rainbow colored effect perhaps) accessories. Of course Forge is basically the same as always so I would skip him. Jubilee would likely be too big on a regular female buck but the only way to fix that would be a single card release (fan channel exclusive?). If they went this route they could also pack a young Storm head so we could get her de-aged look! |

Wolverine wouldn't work in that idea, his stature requires the unique body that he's been getting from Hasbro. Plus Hasbro wouldn't miss the opportunity to sell us yet another Wolverine on his own.

According to the site, none of my Walgreen's had any Moon Knights. Only went to two stores today and I found a Moon Knight at each store. |
