I would die a happy man if Hasbro did a GS X-men box set with Storm, Cyclops, Thunderbird, Banshee, nightcrawler and Wolverine.

It makes me wonder why they don't do a box set of 90s jim lee era X-men instead of scattering them wave by wave.
Makes me feel old thinking these are classic versions if them lol |

@DonMeca Warlock was a member of the New Mutants if I remember correctly. Unless something has changed, he was killed by Cameron Hodge during the Extinction Agenda storyline if memory serves me right.

I would so totally buy that. Hell, Wolverine, Cyclops, and Banshee don't even need to be anything more than repaints. I would love for them to do this set as an Entertainment Earth exclusive.

He's what Groot looks like after being blasted by the Key to Vector Sigma.

Yep, basically she, Mary Jane, and Dark Phoenix are all digital renders, all characters I really want, and all are potential candidates for the next SDCC boxset.

Is it certain Monica and Mary Jane are 6" figures? I thought there was some confusion over that.
Scream vs Citizen V is currently 122 to 141 in Citizen Vs favour.

Pretty close between those two. Knew it'd be a close match. |

Monica is definitely a 6" figure. She uses the legs from the 6" slender female body which was also used for Kitty and Phoenix. I'm not sure about Mary Jane but I'm going to say yes as well. She comes with torso articulation which Hasbro has removed from their new 3.75" sculpts.

Great news, thank you both. I didn't want to get too excited in case they were 3.75".

Cyclops-Not surprised by us getting the Jim Lee costume. That look along with the Jim Lee Rogue is probably one of the most requested/desired figures in Marvel Legends history. Will definitely pick up two.
Colossus-Shocked that they went with this costume. Was expecting his OG costume. IMO the ToyBiz version in the Legends and Classics line still look great. Will pick him up. Sunfire-This wasn't a surprise. He's only had 3 looks in his history. Highly doubt they would make a figure of the 90's pony tail look. Polaris-Looks nice and thank God she doesn't have any heels whats so ever! Keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way since Phoenix at Toyfair didn't have heels but the final product had those stupid heels from the Winter Soldier Black Widow. I can also see Polaris being a good base for a Viper/Madam Hydra custom. Dazzler-Would have preferred her Outback/Pryde of the X-Men/Konami arcade game look. I don't really know why the disco look is so popular since she didn't wear it long. I'm glad fans of the look are getting it though. Warlock-Way out of left field. I was expecting either Nimrod or Apocalypse as the BAF. Really disappointed. Since i'll get the entire wave i'll get him by default but will probably sell him. Kinda of weird that we're getting him but no New Mutants. Overall I think this is a solid wave. Not as great as the Juggernaut wave but nice nonetheless. |

And yet to us the 90s era team, outfits etc are the best ones. comparing them to how they all look in today's comics. |

There are still two X-men figures that have not been announced/shown. If the lists are 100% accurate, I believe they'll be Shatterstar and Wolverine. Last edited by redfox; 07-23-2016 at 09:45 PM.. |

Wasn't there supposed to be another MCU figure announced today? They said yesterday that they would show three MCU figures at SDCC and the first two are Strange and Mordo.

EDIT: Just re-watched the video. Regarding MCU figures, he states that there are three more movie figures for the year and they are debuting two this weekend, Strange and Mordo. Not sure when the last MCU figure and classic figure will be announced. Around the 3:40 mark: Last edited by redfox; 07-23-2016 at 10:19 PM.. |

So, it's possible the remaining figs are the GotG themselves in new uniforms, Groot as the BAF, just like the 1st movie wave...! |

I forgot who mentioned Marshall's..(we've burned through SO many new pages and posts over the last few days)...
I was near one so I went in today...and you were right...they did have a few Legends figs...VERY few.. 2 Wasps at 9.99\piece and an Ant-Man for 9.99. At least i know to swing through there every now and again to see what they may have... Great announcements today...i want about 90% of what i saw... The only thing i DO want that i didnt' care for all that much was Colussus' costume.... reallllly not feeling that..but i like the sculpt...he just may need a repaint of the torso for me and it'll work.. Warlock as a BAF was a surprise and an interesting choice....and i read new mutants in that era so I'm all for it. That Cyclops is just...perrrrrrfect though...for me, like a few others..that's the definitive Cyke... I still think Netflix DD HAS to be a release....don't understand how it couldn't be but Jessica is..(who i am also excited about) ..and i'm not sure if WE are 100% sure or not yet but i Monica R is a 6 "...but i'll be verrrrry happy if it is..
