Hey folks in the Sac area, just saw the complete Hit Monkey wave plus a few recent MU wave figs at Disney Store in Arden, plus one x-men team box at the TRU next door. Get up on it... Oh, and if anyone in the area has spotted any wave 2 IM Legends action in the area, holler!

Yay Deadpool discussion. ATM I have series 6 Deadpool MOC, ML 2pack red deadpool, ROML X-Force Deadpool, Marvel Select Masked and Unmasked Deadpool, and lastly have the ML 2pack Xmen version coming in the mail!!!! My collection for Deadpools is pretty damn complete, I wouldn't mind trying to get a loose series 6, to keep me from opening mine, but I'm not in a rush, they come and go, and sometimes can be snagged for cheap, especially if he's missing doop, swords, guns, comic, and flight stand. I really dig series 6, the amount of detail, articulation and accessories makes him the reason you pay $100 or more for him. The ML 2pack figures are great, good weapons and sculpt, red, xforce, xmen, and the reissues red pool are all awesome figures, and the cheaper you get one the better he is.

So, then the only place to find wave 3 is either ebay UK or bbts?? Really?? Does that mean that HASBRO decided to do what with the line, discontinue US Retail sales and focus more on other continents and online stores??? Sh__ doesn't make sense at all. We seriously need to have another HASBRO Q&A thread, cuz this is getting out of hand.

Ok, so this is what I found online as far as what is new. The first link is the most recent news according to google. And as I kept looking, I found this as well. Can anyone confirm this?? Is the supposed wave 3 (DP, MISTIQUE, DOOM, PUNISHER, etc., etc.) not happening anymore?? Are we supposed to donate mass amounts of blood to end up buying these figures from scalpers out of the UK and China through eBay??? WTF????????????

Anyone know if there'd be any reason Hasbro wouldn't put out the same numbers for the Iron Man Series 2 Movie Legends as they did for Series 1? I keep seeing and reading about how folks are finding these at retail now, but they aren't in any of the stores I've checked in the Sacramento area. I know a lot of series 1 is still peg warming, but in the stores that I've seen that had even just 1 or 2 figures left, Series 2 hasn't been brought in to fill the gaps yet.

Anyone have a good site for 3rd party weapons for 6" (well 6" to 8" I guess) scale figs? Something like Marauders is to GI Joe stuff.

It isn't a variant I just painted the yellow areas gold to match the Hulkbuster armor.

Is this the SDCC Spidey with a head swap, or a repainted first appearance Spidey? I just got my hands on the SDCC Spidey and I'm digging it a lot... if yours is a repaint, you did an awesome job making it look like an actual SDCC. =)
SO... red Deadpools are just barely showing up and that wave is already stupid old by now, with absolutely no sign of Blade, Moonstar, or the damn Sentry fig that I want most out of these. This variant thing just isn't working out, Hasbro. lol |
