Mando and Lapu - killer pics guys, keep them coming!
Quick note, if any of you are in the Nor Cal Sacramento area, I just spotted the Hobgoblin wave at Target on Madison Avenue. I picked up 2099, and DD was already gone, but everyone else was still on the pegs. Good luck! |

ok so question for anyone here who does not care for the movie figs! only the comic characters i decided to only get the movie figures since a year ago i sold off most of my legends the only ones i would keep would be spidey comic ones but even then im picky
now is anyone here not planning on wanting the movie figs because if so we can work something out where we can split the cost of some of them or most of them in the case of the ultron BAF and hulkbuster BAF. since the only figures from those waves i want is movie ant man. so if anyone here wants to work something out! pm me and we can figure something out.! in any case i have a bunch of BAF pieces i dont need that ive aquirred through getting some figs i wanted. so i have the following if anyone needs them and would like to trade. im looking mainly for movie stuff maybe a few spideyverse figs. BAF green goblin Torso head BAF Mandroid 2 Chest pieces right leg BAF hobgoblin left leg right arm w sword BAF terrax Head w axe lower torso also have a radioactive man loose but complete. |

Sweeeeeet Dark Avengers. I don't think we'll see an official Dark Ms. Marvel until 2018 but your custom looks good. I got an extra Ms. Marvel for this purpose but I'll be kicking myself if I mess up on the uniform. The yellow part makes me nervous.

@advocatepinoy
Thanks for the solid reviews of the Thanos line! Sadly I am a bit mixed on Thanos now. The design seems a bit flawed with the scale, inability to fully sit and the should pads. However, surprisingly, I now have an interest in both Batroc and Spider-Woman. I REALLY wish they would have given her some alternate hands though. Thanks again for the great reviews! Quote:

There are lots of customs in there. That Venom is a cast off of the select version on a Scorpion Venom body.

Question for everyone. Does anyone know if the original Angela figure from the Spawn line scales well with Marvel Legends? My local comic store has one for cheap and I would like to add it to my Guardians display.

If I recall it's in 6" scale, but it is the Image Angela so it's a totally different design than how Marvel changed her. The overall less detail would make her stick out like a sore thumb. Finally, it's bullshit they say she's Thor's long-lost sister. They should have kept her exact origins a mystery so that her original Spawn background would still be a thing. It would like if somehow DC got the rights to (let's say) Gamora, and she was still a green alien assassin BUT it was added she's also actually Martian Manhunter's older sister.

Lots of great photos all! I am curious what you use for your setup. It looks like BoNKerS has a mirror underneath. I am always curious to see what everyone uses. Still working on building up a photography setup for my stuff.

Can anyone tell me if Marvel Legends is around scale with any of Mattel's DC stuff(Arkham Origins Batman for example)?
Thinking of upgrading from Marvel Universe just wondering if they can be displayed with stuff I already have around that scale. Thanks. |
