@Blue Marvel
Now that I subscribe to Marvel unlimited, I must re-read those Gulacy issues. I loved his girlfriend too, Leiko Wu, I think her name was. I'd love a Yellow Claw too, thou I know that he won't be called that in the package. Bout Firestar, I won't get into arguments (people will not convince anyone else of anything in a forum), and I'm not a Firestar super fan (I don't find her terribly original, I prefer Firebird), But I hope they do two. One for New Warrior/ Spidey cartoon and one for The Avengers. She was kick-ass in those Perez issues against Ultron. One of the best ever runs in Avengers, bemuse of the art team and the consistency. I see my gal Jocasta (I just love robots) got 13 votes. I'm aware she's D-list, and love her for it. And damn it I want her this year (three pack with Ultron and Alkhema, anyone? -Yeah, right), since she was important in the 2020 Machine Man LS. I'm pretty sure we're getting 2020 Iron Man. But wonder if Machine mAn will get a repaint. But I'm not holding hope for those futuristic scavengers he hang with ( sorry, I can't remember their names), nor Sunset Bain. But Jocasta (like Firestar) has been on hundreds of issues, and on cartoons (thou not much) and video games, so she must be on their radar. |

I don't log on for a day and all hell breaks loose.
Anyway, I found 3 Stepford Cuckoos. So I'm good on that. I'll keep looking if anyone needs any. Give me a shout if you do. And are we really pissing on people's personal favorite characters then say that characters like Spymaster are more important? Let people like who they like. Just my two cents. |

I think we will get an Avengers or general wave. The way I'm seeing it we could get anywhere from 10 to 16 waves this year which would be crazy but it might happen IF...what we've agreed not to talk about happens and they are trying to cram as much stuff as possible in: 5 X-Men waves (AOA, AOA, standard, Fox Film, Deadpool) 2 Spider-Man waves and a Vintage Spider-Man themed wave 4 film waves (Black Widow, Morbius, Venom, Eternals) Avengers Gameverse Fantastic Four 2 Avengers or General marvel themed waves. And that's 16. Maybe in some of that we will get Jocasta. Not so much on Alkehma though. But who knows! Edit: @Spyne, Hmmm now I wonder, they showed up and you were gone....alternate reality Spyne? No, j/k! Just be glad you missed it. Last edited by Captain Nash; 01-22-2020 at 07:38 AM.. |

@ captain Nash.
Jezzus, 16 waves? How many we got last year? We have so far, Spidey and FF. Widow after that. X-men AOA and Guido BAF wave... Obviously another Spidey, vintage (more X-men? Spidey? Morbius, Eternals... And I would imagine another X-men and one or two Avengers. Not counting exclusives like SDCC, at least one big box set., and all two and three packs. Plus store exclusives, Wlgreens and Walmart. Will Walgreens carry on on X-women after the Cuckoos? With so many big names done last year, I am very curious as to see how deep they will go. Firestar, classic Storm, iron Man 2020, Siryn, Lady Deathstrike, Banshee, another Beast and Kingpin must be all coming. Will Hasbro complete New Warriors, Excalibur, X-factor,X-force, Symbiotes? Personally I'd love to see the rest of New mutants, Marrina, Talisman and Box, Mantis, Moondragon, Phylla, Bug for the Guardians. And villains. Iron man, Hulk, and X-men villains must be coming. I would imagine the Dr Strange cast will be 2021. We need Clea, Mordo, classic Dormammu, and maybe Umar and Rintrah as a BAF. I really feel last year was the best ever for big characters and fan favourites, so I'm very intrigue as to where will they go this year. Can't wait fo NY fair. |

We had 10 last year and I know it's crazy to think. The crazy/exciting/scary thing is I could see it happening. Even if we take away one AOA X-Men wave, the standard X-Men wave and the two Avengers/general wave, that's 12 waves. If the gameverse, Morbius, Vencm and Fox X-Men wave rumors are true, we're going to have AT MINIMUM 12 waves this year.

One day you too will be able to express yourself without people reacting as if you drowned their cat before their very eyes. Just know that not everyone is sharpening their knives or preparing to launch disproportionate invectives at you for stating an opinion. The internet leans toward popular themes and, unfortunately, mob mentality. That said, any experience with this thread would inform you that Firestar is well liked 'round these parts...

I have no problem with expressing opinions, but when you start saying certain characters are shitty and undeserving of plastic love like you're King Toy over here, that's when I get mad If someone told me Turner D. Century was too stupid to get in the Legendary Riders line, well, them's fightin' words!!!
(I"m not directing that at you Black Arbor, we're all well aware of whom we're talking about. ) |

I just glad everything has seemingly calmed down. And Black Arbor, Turner D. Century would be a solid buy!

He actually has very few appearances in comics, the latest one was in Superior Spider-Man #10 I think (fantastic series btw, makes me want an updated SSM!) I think in all his appearances he has the mannequin on his bike though haha

I’m reading that the white suit is a Target exclusive, and the grey suit is a Walmart exclusive. Goddamn it, I hate Walmart exclusives. I never found Worthy Captain America. Or the 80th Cap, or Binary, or Loki & Corvus Glaive.

Target is the only store in my area that has consistency in carrying its exclusives. And I do realize it is different in other areas of the country, just saying what's going on in my region. Granted, I don't get out much, but that's still what I'm seeing when I do. |

Man, that sucks, because of the two, I like the Walmart one more... which means I'll likely never see it.
I will say that the comic-based exclusives seem to be easier to find than the movie-based ones, but then again I've never seen 80th Cap in-store...

Target tends to have it together in regards to carrying exclusives, but my local Walmarts never have any exclusives. I can’t think of an instance where I was able to find one. So, I suppose I’ll be plundering eBay.

And while in the subject of D list characters...that white Widow is PERFECT for a Lilly Hollister (Queen Cat) figure. Thank goodness I saved that fodder Felicia.... Those are both fantastic looking figures. I used to have that grey suit Widow, and I've missed it since selling it off some years ago. That was always my favorite look. Those are both instant buys....do we know if those are fan channel? If someone says Walmart I'm gonna put my fist through the wall. |

Now I do wish the Deadly Origin one came in black, but it looks like she is the same mold as the biker Widow, so I can just share the accessories between the two of them. As for the 90s Widow, gotta have the 90s stuff. Speaking of 90s stuff... I was thinking about ways Hasbro could do a Romita Jr version of Hobgoblin (or similar to that one that doesn't have a shredded cap and a better looking mask, plus, hopefully a better glider that also has a stand like the Demo one) and it came to me. Release Hobgoblin in the rider series with the giant glider from the Spider-Man cartoon as it also allowed a smaller glider to detach from it.

I'm gonna definitely be hoping Walmart has fixed their pre order nonsense from a year ago. I never saw Worthy Cap at all either. I had no issue finding any of Target's exclusives in the past...which is good because I'm seriously gonna need three of those white suited Widows. Queen Cat! Finally! |

Too late...😡...but I'm getting too old to be punching brick objects that don't punch back...so I'll refrain.

Either way, I'll be checking their website tomorrow in hopes that the preorders will run semi-smoothly.
