The fan vote winner. Maybe the last spidey wave of the year. Until they can lock down and keep an official release date for the Eternals I think the only movie figures we'll see are X-Men based. I wouldn't mind a Halston Sage Dazzler figure.

Hoping the Hellfire Soldier/Goon will be revealed and available to order on Tuesday.
I was charged for Retro Mysterio from Dorkside so it might ship soon.

MCU fans are going to be put on hold till covid finally goes away. Blackwidow is scheduled to be a disney + release for like £30... we're going to be comic figures in the mean time which is good for me as a collector, as im focusing on comic figures.

Have they officially announced that? Or is that still (logical) speculation?

Have an extra Goblin coming I forgot to cancel. Should be about $25 shipped, DM me if you need one.
I’ve seen mad Squirrel Girls around. My target never marked her down. She’s probably still sitting on the shelf. Doesn’t really surprise me. I find the head to be off model and kinda annoying and you’re paying an extra $20 for a powder blue Vespa with a basket :< Seen just one Cosmic Ghost Rider in the wild. No new announcement yet, right? |

As far as I've heard there's no official announcement. Mulan is being released on Disney Plus for $30, and they said if does well and brings in the revenue they need, they would consider doing the same for Black Widow

Nope. They said they aren't going to do that to Black Widow, which works for me since I'm not paying $30 to watch something on a streaming network that I can buy physically for that price three months later.

@Ultra Seven - I agree, I'd love more Retro Spider-Man figures! I'm curious if the rumored classic Lizard and classic Shocker would be retro-carded figures or for the next Build-A-Figure wave. As others have said, non-Build-A-Figure classic versions of Sandman and Rhino would be great too, even if they were deluxe like the Kingpin. And I don't care that I'm repeating myself - whether it's a John Romita Sr. green-and-orange suit re-release or the white Armani suit version, we need a bendy wire tentacles version of Doctor Octopus!
As a side note, as much as I can't wait to get the retro Mysterio, I do wish Hasbro had given him a new civilian head or two. It would've been nice to have alternate heads of Quentin Beck and Daniel Berkhart. I'm also hoping U.S. Agent isn't a Walgreens exclusive, those are insanely hard for me to find. I never found previous figures like the Thing or Mystique in any of my Walgreens pre-pandemic. For the possible reveals next Tuesday, I could see it being: - M.C.U. of some kind. Whether it's another Black Widow wave or some kind of two-packs from previous films. And there are plenty of figures from previous M.C.U. films left to make into figures that Hasbro can release. - More Spider-Man. This is usually when we get to find out the next Build-A-Figure wave anyway, but since the retro line is a big hit, maybe we could get a Wave 2 tease or at least some Fan Channel reveals. And we still don't what the mysterious "TV 1" and "TV 2" retro listings are. - Best Of X-Men. It'd be a great way to show us the teased Jim Lee Rogue re-release figure (and I'm still hoping for some kind of Cyclops with an optic blast accessory, whether it's the '70s suit re-release or a new Jim Lee re-release since I missed out on both), unless the yellow gloves are meant to tease... - Age of Apocalypse Wave 2. Like the retro Spider-Man wave, this wave is a big hit. Maybe we'll see more figures included. Fans still want to see A.o.A. versions of Rogue, Magneto, Sabretooth, Cyclops, etc. made into figures. - Fox-Men figures. Whether it's a second wave, two-packs or whatever, I could see them making more figures. After all, none of the figures are of the X-Men in their movie uniforms, so I wouldn't be surprised if we got at least a few new figures, such as Storm, Jean Grey, Cyclops, and the inevitable Wolverine. - The Avengers Gamerverse Wave 2. I have no interest in the upcoming game at all. The gameplay/story looks too generic to me and the game costumes and graphics still look terrible. I'm sure we'll see missing Gamerverse figures like Thor included, but I'm hoping for more comic book based figures. I'd take new versions of characters like classic Wasp, Tigra, Thunderstrike, safari jacket Wonder Man and Gypsy costume Scarlet Witch over the Gamerverse characters any day of the week. And we still have the rumored Legendary Riders Hawkeye, hopefully with at least one arrow with a shrunken Ant-Man on it like the Toy Biz Marvel Legends release had. - The Fantastic Four Wave 2. The current wave got a mixed reaction with the black-and-blue suits, but Doctor Doom and She-Hulk were big hits. I'd imagine we'd see the next wave have more fan-favorite versions of the F.F. And more villains like Kang, Annihilus and Blastaar are always welcome. Fingers crossed we get a Puppet Master and Alicia Masters two-pack. - Iron Man. The team mentioned "more Iron Man" was on the way, so I'm sure we'll get some kind of buzz of a new Iron Man wave eventually. Maybe that's where the rumored Silver Centurion Iron Man pops up? - More Deadpool or more of the Venom wave. I don't know how likely either would be, but time will tell. I just hope we get long overdue figures for characters like Carrion and Shriek for the Venom wave. I doubt they'll show off that much next Tuesday, but whatever they reveal, I'll be looking forward to it. Last edited by StuartGreen2019; 08-12-2020 at 01:31 PM.. |

A Doc Ock with bendy wires would be nice. I'm not sure if it is like this for anyone else, but I can barely get the tentacles to stay in a pose anymore as they just flop down to the ground or fall out. They're super loose in the sockets too no matter which tentacle I put in the holes. It's becoming very frustrating. Anyone else have this issue?
I'd like a Sandman using the Hydroman body, but retooled so he can have interchangeable regular arms and sand ones. I don't even care if they want to charge $30 for him. Hell, redo Hydroman with interchangeable arms too. Or just do a Hydroman vs Sandman two pack. Rhino I'm good on unless they want to give him a non-screaming classic head. For Fantastic Four, I'd definitely be down for Diablo, Puppet Master, Alicia, Rama Tut, Ronan, Annihilus, and Mad Thinker. Sadly, I don't see them doing Puppet Master and Alicia unless it is in a 3 pack with Thing. Maybe they can give Thing a Jack Kirby head. :-) A blast effect would be the only thing to get me to buy Cyclops again.

I could see them using the Hydro-Man body for Sandman, but he HAS to have normal/human arms and hands included, which the Hydro-Man sadly lacked. I know a lot of people want the green-armored costume for Sandman, but I'd prefer a classic remake first. I wouldn't mind a deluxe Sandman -- but then again, I wouldn't mind a deluxe Hydro-Man either. For the Rhino, I definitely want a new head sculpt. That angry screaming head they gave the Build-A-Figure still drives me crazy. After the classic version, I'd also love an 80s armored Rhino to go with the previous Beetle, Hydro-Man and Speed Demon figures. We'd need new figures for classic purple-and-blue Boomerang and classic Jack O'Lantern to finish the Sinister Syndicate, but I'd be all for those too. I agree with all of your Fantastic Four picks, and yes to a Jack Kirby head for the Thing! They could even do a two-pack of Jack Kirby Thing versus Jack Kirby Hulk if they wanted, since both weren't as tall, wide or strong in the '60s as they are now. It'd be a great way to get a "purple trunks" Hulk figure made. Hasbro making a new, easy-to-find Cyclops is what would make me buy Cyclops again. Of course, having a good head sculpt and not have unnecessary metallic paint like the disappointing vintage X-Factor Cyclops had would help too. They could do the '70s suit, either version of the X-Factor suit, the '90s Jim Lee suit (fingers crossed, as, obviously, that's my favorite), or Astonishing X-Men suit -- but from now on, every Cyclops NEEDS an optic blast accessory. It makes no sense to make a Cyclops figure without it. |

@Captain Nash - I could see them splitting up the Fantastic Four, but that'd be tricky. It'd disappoint fans either way. On one hand, if you split up the team in different waves, you could disappoint fans that you have to wait (x) months to finish up your team. On the other, if you release them all in the same wave or even for a boxed set, you could get fans disappointed that it's just the same team in a new suit.
There are ways of getting around that though. Say you had the blue-and-white (or black-and-white) Negative Zone suits for the Fantastic Four as the next wave. You could have three other characters with Mr. Fantastic, a fully-visible Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm with fiery accessories, and She-Hulk in those suits. The next wave could have a fully-invisible Invisible Woman, the Thing, the Human Torch, and four other characters. That way, you get variants fans would want to buy and would love and toss in a different fourth member of the Fantastic Four. Aside from the Negative Zone '80s suits, I'd also love new figures of the "Heroes Return" suits for the Fantastic Four. But then again, I'd just love to see more classic Fantastic Four figures. |

Not more tricky than splitting the team up as Walgreen's exclusives |

I was going to say, they already split the team up across 2 years through Walgreens. I don't see any harm in doing a Torch and Sue in 2021 and then Reed and Thing in 2022 as long as they make sure both are the same style.
I'm also wonder when Hasbro will be a Skrull army builder pack. Anway, this is the last of my planned action display shelves until I get another detolf:

I know the show failed but if the FF are getting more figures I would like to see some Inhumans sprinkled throughout. I'm a fan of the Royal Family and hope the "push" Marvel did hasn't soured their fans. Triton and Gorgon were in the FF animated Toy Biz line. It's time to bring them back out to the public. (I hope)
I'd love to see the Wizard, Attuma and Trapster as well. Last edited by Starlord67; 08-12-2020 at 02:48 PM.. |

There is almost nothing I want more than a Balder the Brave. A three-pack of the Warriors Three would also be amazing!

Electro arrived from Pulse today, so now I can display the original Sinister Six, at last! Peter and Gwen also showed up. Time to rearrange the Spidey shelf.
edit:: The only Spidey villain I'm missing now is Rhino. Last edited by tierneygreen; 08-12-2020 at 04:25 PM.. |

A Thor wave I'd love to see: 2 different Thors though I don't know what, I just know he'd be a requisite inclusion and likely two different versions of him Sif, though I'd rather see a Disir as an army builder Karnilla Balder The Brave Executioner Some version of Loki I'm sure though I'd rather see Gor the God Butcher. Ooh, I love all of the ideas for possible Iron Man and Thor waves! Mine would be:
IRON MAN - Iron Man [Stealth Armor], Iron Man [Modular Armor], Mandarin [classic], Madame Masque [classic], Blacklash [classic], Titanium Man [classic], Tony Stark [business suit with armor briefcase and alternate head/hands of Mandarin] THOR - Classic Thor [with alternate bearded head], classic Beta Ray Bill, classic Loki [with cape], classic Thunderstrike, Balder the Brave, Executioner, I'd also like to add: FANTASTIC FOUR - Mole Man [classic], Wizard [classic], Crystal [yellow-and-black suit], and Negative Zone suits for Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman [fully visible], Johnny Storm and the Thing THE INCREDIBLE HULK - Bruce Banner [classic lab coat], Hulk [purple shorts Jack Kirby era, since he's supposed to be smaller in height/size then, anyway], Ringmaster [classic], Tyrannus [classic], Absorbing Man [classic], Doc Samson [classic], and She-Hulk [classic] Seriously, Hulk especially needs more attention. I'd also take Hulk two-packs like Betty Ross with a civilian figure (like General Ross or Glenn Talbot) or an alter-ego (like Red She-Hulk or Harpy). |
