I never thought of TIGRA as "furry" ..meaning I figured her hair was smooth as that was how it has been drawn. No tufts of fur on her legs and arms like in the first Avengers cartoon.
Wolfsbane and Feral (and Thorn) have been drawn that way from the beginning. (Furry I mean) One thing they can do is sculpt Ferals hair separately and use it for WILDSIDE from the MLF. I'd love to see Reaper and Fourarm(sp?)tackled from that team. |

Yeah Tigra has fur but pretty much all the time she's just drawn like someone in body paint, there's no distinct texture.

I suspect the recent She-Hulk will be the new base for taller women going forward. Could totally see Thundra on it.

Are you sure? I'm looking at the page and it says he's totally unavailable.

I got that same message with War Machine up until yesterday I think. Then today I found in store, after I had ordered online.

I'm actually not sure where it's coming from LOL. But it's "in stock' that's the important thing to me. I don't mind waiting. I just won't have the anxiety of not knowing if I will get one or not. And i know me, I have anxiety about everything, and would definitely be having it over this. I hope everyone that wants it manages to get at least one!

Yeah, it won't let me order Apocalypse either. It just says none available in my area and that is it. Nothing about ordering it from the website.
Not sure where you got that information from because there is nothing on my Pulse account that says it expires in Sept.

I have been checking multiple times for the past couple of days and it always says "Out of stock in stores near you" and "This item isn't eligible for shipping."

This is what drives up prices unnecessarily.

Thanks for the confidence! It actually shows it shipped now, estimated delivery is Aug 19th. Coming from Taiwan via DHL. I'm not so worried about it getting here fairly quickly but definitely will be interested to see how this works with customs. I didn't even think about that, if it becomes an issue. Fingers crossed it doesnt.

Ijust got an email saying nothing is changing with my Pulse account as they are going to be making additions to it such as tiered rewards and stuff over the coming months, so I'm taking that as we all have Premium for the time being.

Upon the tip here, placed an order for both AOA Apocalypse and War Machine at my local Target (as the website claimed there was one left in stock at each store). War Machine was canceled but it appears my Apocalypse is ready to pick up! Thanks for the tip, all. Now to decide if I will keep both Apocalypse figures...

I think of her in the second way as well. Furry but slightly so. It's not ruffled as Feral or Wolfsbane. But figure wise, I have concerns about having Feral, Wolfsbane, Tigra and Hepzibah potential sharing a single body. Feral and Wolfsbane should ideally be on a smaller body than Tigra and Hepzibah. But if this happens we'll take what we can get. Hasbro almost certainly isn't going to do two fur-effect bodies.

I read the same email. I hope they use what I’ve spent this year in their new reward program. I need credit for these Sentinels. Lol.

Hey, well done. Hope you get the set soon. Have ordered from Taiwan many times in the years. They are lovely people, and normally very good. I got a lot of my Disney Magical Collection way back then, and they were excellent. I have fantastic friends there. Bout the price, who cares? It's your money. I for sure have paid a lot of money for characters I obsessed about. I loved them, and I could afford it, so it's no one's business but your own. The Phoenix saga has always been my favourite story line from the the X-men. So I moved heaven and earth to get the set. I am just lucky I travel Asia a lot and have made many good mates there, that would do a lot for me, and vice versa. And I think you will love the set as much as I do. It's freaking fantastic. |

I'm expecting the Deadpool wave tomorrow (plus Rita Repulsa), so that's fun. But I can see through the the reviews that the paint apps are skimmed. It's not the end of the universe for me as I only get new characters and I'm fairly vanilla posing, but I can tell already the lack of paint on Strong Guy might bug me.
I've had problems with Duke and Snake Eyes recently, and I am a bit worried about quality control. BTW, R.I.P. DC Direct. I absolutely love all my old figures, but when limbs started falling out of new figures it put me right off. Still. I will treasure the fantastic sculpts and depth of line. |

Fun factor is through the roof with the new Punisher. I've been messing around with him for 30 minutes and haven't even touched the bike.
