I definitely want neither of these.. simply because they're figures I have and the repaints aren't incredibly better for the already increasing price point on 2-packs.

Yeesh glad I have these guys already. Total pass for me, this will peg warm like crazy. Cap, IM, SM and Wolvy are always thrown in a CP for marketing purposes, got to love it:P Where's the Moon Knight/Ant Man pack?

I don't expect comic packs to bring me anything new, in terms of characters. What I do expect are different costumes (which can be cool or lame) and re-releases of hard characters to find.

We all remember the Dr Strange wave being "lost" for a while but in the past year I've seen more of the wave coming out. Silver Surfer debuted WAY early in the line and with Galactus, so if you're a new comer it's good to see him again. Falcon has a new costume (I think it's lame) but I give them a B- minus for effort. No excuse on that Captain America though...crappy mold, crappy paint job.


All-in-all, if you're a die hard MU collector who has been collecting since day 1 like me....these don't do much for you. But I certainly appreciate what comic packs can offer us in terms of new costumes and rereleases of hard to find figures

That black on Cap's outfit is just supposed to be shadow? Ugh...looks more like a symbiote trying to take over.

Duh...of the day right here..knew they were gonna do this but still interesting they did this now..expecting Hasbro to give us another version closer to movie time...and expecting lots of figures of Falcon to hit when the time comes...oh and Winter Solider On the funny side...how many cap figures is that now Hasbro??

They re-release unnecessary characters but couldn't re-release the original Vision? Or Nick Fury? Or heck, a yellow version of the new mold Daredevil?
How about a Blade with Cage head? The choices are endless for lazy bastard re-releases that beat these packs. If you are re-releasing these molds then make them different in a good way. If using the Captain America mold again then make it US Agent colors. Reusing Dr. Strange? Add the Scarlett Spider head and make it the version that was used a few years back. Silver Surfer? Add a space - cosmic paint job ala the inside of Quasar's cape. And Falcon...um just skip it and put in an alt paint job Dark Hawk.

I'm glad Doctor Strange was re-released with the blue pants.

Single carded for Illuminati, Greatest Battles for Defenders. Win.

It's great for people like me, who have held off on doc strange and weren't collecting when Siver Surfer came out.

I'll probably skip both.
No need for extra caps or falcons right now. I'll get surfer whenever I finally get galactus, and Doctor Strange they haven't done the costume I want yet.

im gonna pass on these just like the other 4 two-packs. None of these are previously unreleased characters. I wish they took another risk like the power man/IF packs, but those sold like shit.

Although I do like the wings on Falcon better here than his single pack release.

Classic Falcon's not too bad, the wings are cool, but that Cap has to go. The Captain America International Patriot Cap is, IMO the best Cap...the MU mold just doesn't work anymore... I don't mind the Strange/Surfer pack too much. As stated above, he works for his Defenders look, and I never got around to getting a Silver Surfer figure. Even if I had a Surfer he makes great custom fodder.

Why dont you expect new charcaters? Mos comic packs have at least one new something- only this latest wave has been crappy repaints.
ALL the Secret Wars figs were new except taht lame skinny Iron Man and almost everything since had one re-issue with some new part or paint and one new character or new version of one (like the awesome Power Man fig).
Hell, even the re-used parts figs like maskles 80's outfit magneto can rock....but these are just weak.
Doctor Strange should be in either his new black and red Defenders outfit or his first outfit with the square amulet and blue cape...
Falcon should be in his green outfit and cap should be in his Nomad outfit.
They could have at least given the Surfer the awesome paint job of the version that comes with Galactus! this looks...dull. No black around his eyes.


And where is that Ant Man/crappy Moon Knight pack anyway?

If they wanted to re-issue older figs, they could make a Constrictor/Sabertooth CP- painting Sabes in his classic costume (they used to be partners and best buds and got stomped regularly by Cage and iron Fist).

Or they could make a nice Guardsman/Venom pack.,,,maybe giving venom some ankle and knee articulation.

Or a full color Vision and Scarlet Witch!

Still, wishing aside, these are pretty cool if you're a new collector and missed these initial releases- Doc Strange can cost as much as a comic pack all by himself.

Saw these today! Was able to get a Wolverine Vs. Hulk pack and just realized that the body of Hulk is that of the WWH version with a different head.
