 Medicom has revealed an new figure based on the wildly popular Akira comics and anime. The new figure is Shotaro Kaneda. The figure sits at 1/6 scale and will sell for 18,690 Yen (about $206 USD).

 Medicom is set to release their Ultraman Tiga this Friday, February 26. This soft vinyl figure uses the Real Action Heroes body type to allow for articulation hidden under the soft vinyl costume. The figure stands 12 inches tall and sells for 16,590 Yen (about $181 USD).

 Hyper Hobby February brings us new scans for upcoming Kamen Rider, and Goseiger figures courtesy of Modxtoy. Especially of interest for Rider fans are:
S.I.C. Vol. 53 Kamen Rider Dark Kabuto & Gatack
S.I.C. Kiwami Damashii Kamen Rider Blade
Dark Kabuto & Gatack will become available in March, while Blade is a late February release. Also shown at the corner of a scan is the upcoming S.I.C. Vol. 52 Kamen Rider Kabuto due later this month.
Double and Accel DX and figure toys also are featured prominently, especially memories and W's Figuarts lineup.

 Tamashii Web has added new images for the upcoming S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider IXA. We now get great action poses with the two IXA Caliburs (Gun and Calibur modes), and the IXA Knuckle. IXA also comes with two heads (Save Mode and Burst Mode), display base, and optional hands.
