Cavbeast: Yep Target wanted an exclusive BAF for the Public Enemies so inorder to save money they re-used Kilowog. Considering that its a store exclusive, and its limited I dont see the indignity. Now if it was a legitmate Wave like Walmart yeah Id get a little pissy. Heck, I'll just be happy to find Major Force, Black Lightning and Superman to complete him, so far I haven't seen THAT. And the Uniqueness? The uniqueness to me is the character, not necessarily HOW they bring them to life in plastic form.
Ghost Story: I will be glad to get the figure. The major force/ superman scale I think is a bit annoying. Not to mention the fact that Brimstone is shorter than Kilowog...isn't brinstone supposed to be huge?

Pretty sure. I can't recall Supes being released in that outfit for DCUC. Certainly not SBPE.
