Yamato Macross 1/60 VF-1S Strike Valkyrie Hikaru Type

Yamato is releasing their 1/60 Macross VF-1S Strike Valkyrie Hikaru type next month. This valkyrie is from the movie Maross-Do You Remember Love?. Made famous by that movie, this valkyrie is used by Hikaru at the end, in his climactic attack run concluding with the destruction of Bodolza. Despite a short showing in the movie, this design is very popular amongst Macross fans, and is the only VF-1S that Hikaru can truly call his own(for those that don't know, his VF-1S in the TV series was passed down to him after the demise of Roy Focker). With the 1/48 version proving popular with fans during it's release a few years ago, this new 1/60 version is a welcome addition. With this release, we will now have all of Hikaru's valkyries seen in the TV series & DYRL movie in the new 1/60 line.
