The Toyark has just received answers for Hasbro 2010 Marvel Q & A Round 3. In this latest batch of answers we get some hints on upcoming figures and more:
1) We've seen the build-a-figure concept utilized with Marvel Legends, but at any point, were build-a-playset; modular playsets ever considered in the past for Marvel Legends or Marvel Universe? A) We are always thinking of new ways to broaden the scope of Marvel Universe. And while this idea is not currently in our plans, it is a great idea for us to explore. Thanks!
2) Why was the carded deco on Iron Patriot chosen versus the more comic-accurate version we were shown at Toy Fair slide presentation? Was the Toy Fair version the "fixed" version? Will there be a running change to correct it? A) We decided to use the "carded deco" on Iron Patriot because we have already featured him in numerous comic stylings. Is this a variant you were hoping to see? Let us know!
3) Is the Iron Man 2 Comic Series limited to armored characters/villains? For example, would non-armored characters like Mandarin or Whiplash be off limits for that series? A) Neither are off limits for collection 2 of the comic series. You should definitely check them out and see if Mandarin or Whiplash make an appearance. You might even be lucky enough to find BOTH villains in one collection!
Hit the discuss button to share your thoughts and submit more questions for the Marvel Q & A with Hasbro! Would you like to see comic accurate version of the Iron Patriot, possibly as a running change variant?

The final round of the 2009 Marvel Q&A is now complete, however if you would like to submit a question for the 2010 Marvel Q&A you can start posting them in this thread now. Dates TBA.
Prem1x:
Are the new Spider-Man Classics and Iron Man 2 1:18 lines considered sisters line to the MU? Will these new lines mean fewer appearances of Spidey or Shellhead in upcoming waves of MU? Will figures released in those lines affect possibilities of getting better articulated MU versions of characters like Venom (Brock or Gargan) or Doctor Octopus?
Ravenxl7:
As someone who wants to keep their collections ratio of good guy sot bad guys at 1:1, I'm curious, are there plans to include more villains in the Marvel Universe 3.75" action figure line?
Is there a chance that characters that have been released in the 3.75" scale in the recent Wolverine line will also be released in the Marvel Universe line? For example, Deadpool.
Shin Densetsu:
We've seen early 90's, classic costumes on the recent Jean Gray and Wolverine figures. Will more 90's X-Men costumes make an appearance in the Marvel Universe line?
Do you have the rights to make the Sentinel from Marvel VS Capcom 2? It's one of my favorite incarnations of the Sentinel.
Is it possible to stop using those clear plastic bands to secure the figures in package? A lot of my figures are deformed because of those bands.
RenegadeReviews:
Does Hasbro currently have access to all the Toybiz molds? As in, could we see the Marvel Legends Bafs rereleased for the Marvel Universe line, or is the plan basically to keep on with the Icon repaints?
Tarquinius:
When can customers expect to see name plate stands for the entire 2009 season of MU figures? (SHIELD Series)
Will the New York Comic Con have any special figures like we saw at the SDCC?
Can we expect to see any group packs/team packs in the near future? If so feel free to clue us in.
Snowflakian:
1. After the huge success it seems that MU has been, and stays being, are there any new plans for a promotion figure similiar to nick fury was for the digital distribution? Will he be renewed or extended?
2. Just out of curiousity, out of the entire marvel universe, what cosmic characters are the team's favorites?
3. Can we expect any female figures in the Ironman Movie line? Pepper Potts, Rescue, or madame masque and who knows what other women in Tony's life?
prowl26:
1. Are we going to see more of the characters that became more popular in the 90's like Thanos, Adam Warlock and such?
2. The 90's also brought us lots of silly armor suits for Iron Man ie Samurai and others, is there a possibility that we could see some of these in the new Iron Man line?
RenegadeReviews:
Will the release of the "Thor" movie be accompanied by a Thor toy line similar to the X-Men Origins: Wolverine line? If so, will it feature a comic series as well?
Spekkio:
Legends-size Iron Man 2 (i.e. approximately six inches, in keeping with toys from first Iron Man movie) - possible? Probable? I would think that Iron Man 2 6" figures would sell like hotcakes - they did for the first movie, no? And since we're already expecting a two-pack with Black Widow, maybe her counterpart could be Whiplash or War Machine or...?
Shin Densetsu:
Since the Punisher mold is being retired, will the Daredevil body be retired too? It's been used on some great figures, but it's already surpassed by better "buck" molds in the line.
Since New Captain America uses the Daredevil body, and is an exclusive, will there be a mass market, New Captain America that uses a new, or more proportionate body? He cant even hold anything in his left hand, yet comes with 2 weapons.
Will the Icons Wolverine mold be sized down for use as a current costume, Marvel Legends Wolverine figure?
Snowflakian:
Some fluff questions, but in the wake of the awe that was toyfair. Why not?
1. Is the team happier now with the results they are getting? What are their faves that turned out the best to them on final result.
2. Are all the marvel movies going to have this dual line release with comic series figures(if the movie is audience appropriate)? Don't think we haven't noticed you skipped R movies. Or was that a judgement call on how bad the movie was in general?
Might actually make me excited now for these movies to get made though if they fit the restrictions. xD
Tarquinius:
When can we expect the new round of questions?
Prem1x:
Since MU Nick Fury is getting $70-$90 on eBay will he appear again soon in another format, e.g. single-carded or in a two-pack? It appears we're getting a Sam Jackson figure in IM2, so I'd rather see classic Nick again than an Ultimate MU version. Do the exclusive-released figures (like Nick was with Marvel) come with clauses that prevent Hasbro from releasing him again?
trebleshot:
1.) You've mentioned previously that figure stands would be done for the Fury Files series of Marvel Universe. When can we expect these to become available? Also, will they be individualized or will it be a generic stand for all figures? If it will be a generic stand, will they be sold in multi-packs, single packs or both?
2.) Were there any official variants made of the MU Daredevil made? If so, why haven't we seen them in general release like other variants?
Johnnyakiba:
Hello Arkers (Fun to say) it's Johnny,
I know somewhere here there is a thread for the new Q&A but I was purusing the internet and stumbled across an article on CoolToyReview.com concerning this year's Q&A with Hasbro.
(I appologize to and thank CTR.com for this article) (It's very helpful)
"Hasbro's 2010 Marvel Q&A will include eight (8) rounds, beginning this Friday, March 5
Participating outlets will submit three (3) questions for Hasbro's consideration
Please do not include phrases like "Dear Hasbro" or "From USER NAME" or any likeness of this.
Topics open for discussion - Deco Decisions, Design Choices, Design Process/Development and Redeco/Retooling. Also, questions pertaining to past and current Line Strategy and Marketing.
Topics that cannot be addressed - "When will X toy be made/redesigned/released?", Hypothetical, Sales/Cost Data, Product Idea Submissions, Potential Design/Redesign and Future Movie/Entertainment."
Great guidelines to reshape and focus the discussion between the fans and the company. (I think)
SOOOO POST SOME QUESTIONS~! LET'S DISCUSS!!!
Johnnyakiba:
My first question would be,
The female body in the Marvel Universe is in dire need of retooling. Why were the choices made to limit her arm articulation? My Black Widow cannot even hold her rifle with 2 arms!
slugzilla:
Heres my main question:
1. Back in the 12/17/09 "actionfigurepics.com" Hasbro Marvel Q&A located here: http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2009...-roundup-12179, when asked about the possibility of an online release program for Marvel Legends figures, Hasbro said this: "We are always looking at ways and options to get the Legends figures into the hands of fans. Plans are being made and we will announce them soon." Now that nearly 4 months have passed, could Hasbro update the marvel legends community on the status of these plans and announcement?
And a couple more:
2. Will hasbro be releasing any as of yet unannounced Marvel Legends figures in 2010 other than the next wave of Two-packs and upcoming 6-inch Iron Man 2 exclusives?
3. Can hasbro give us an update on the 6-inch Crimson Dynamo & Titanium Man figures that were seen at SDCC a while back? Will they be released?

SSj3 Derek:
Here's one - Any possibility Marvel Universe will get build-a-figures similiar to Marvel Legends?
Tarquinius:
I think an important question to ask is:
At the end of the last Q and A for 2009, there was mention of stands being released for MU SHIELD series figures. Is there any new development on this?
(I dunno if this falls under the NOT to cover questions)

(I dunno if this falls under the NOT to cover questions) | I don't know if it qualifies. I have seen this question posted on another forum and I thought it was answered. BUT I really want to have some stands. How about rephrasing it, like. "Will the Marvel Stands be released with name stickers?"
It's a double question. It answers the exsistance and also answers the name tags. HOPEFULLY these will be cheap like the Star Wars ones too!

Tarquinius:
Another question we could use, not exactly the most important.....
What body style does the Punisher/Black Panthar Two packs use?
Just thought of another one, seemingly better then the one above
At Toyfair2010 we caught a glimpse of Thanos which appears to be bigger then the standard MU 3.75 scale but not as big as the GB scale ~12 inches. Can you elaborate more on how big Thanos may be?
Johnnyakiba:
I know,
Were the Walmart Gigantic Battles considered sucsess? or...
Is Galactus the only Gigantic Battles character this year? or...
Can we assume the Gigantic Battles are on hold for Galactus?...
Something to that vein...
Prem1x: Quote:

(I dunno if this falls under the NOT to cover questions) | I posted something similar to this in the official Q&A thread.
By the way, if you want questions to be considered for submission, please make sure to post them in our official thread (however you would like them worded).
Prem1x:
1. Rephrasing a Jonny Q: "Will Gigantic Battles be back this Christmas in addition to the scheduled Masterworks Galactus or is he replacing that release vehicle this year"?
2. I'll try rephrasing my Nick Fury question from above to avoid the will he be released part: "Marvel Exclusive MU Nick Fury is fetching $70-$90 on eBay lately so it appears fans like him. The IM2 line also looks to release a Sam Jackson figure that can easily double as an "Ultimate" Nick Fury. So, it looks as if MU should see classic Nick released again perhaps before an MU Ultimate Nick is needed. Does the Marvel Exclusive deal prevent or slow Nick from being re-released perhaps in a different release format or slightly different deco?"
3. "Hasbro MU team deserves praise for the improved QC, sculpt and artic from recent waves. Hopefully more characters will get thigh swivels and be able to look up when they fly. With the Ms Marvel body still being used for upcoming Kitty Pryde (instead of a smaller body), why wasn't the MU female body given comparable arm articulation to StarWars or Joe females? Will the female MU arms be improved and might the waist swivel be eliminated when a new generic female body is introduced?"
RenegadeReviews:
I love the idea of us taking the time to do this, because by doing this, we Arkers can hammer out and choose our three questions, so when we are officially asked to submit (assuming it'll be in a new thread) we can simply just post our three that we agreed to.
I like the idea of asking about the stands the most so far.
Tarquinius:
So any word on this? I thought we were suppose to get answers on the 20th
Shin Densetsu: Now Taking Questions For Hasbro's Marvel Q & A Round 2 Please follow the rules regarding question submission: Topics open for discussion – Deco Decisions, Design Choices, Design Process/Development and Redeco/Retooling. Also, questions pertaining to past and current Line Strategy and Marketing. Topics that cannot be addressed - “When will X toy be made/redesigned/released?”, Hypothetical, Sales/Cost Data, Product Idea Submissions, Potential Design/Redesign and Future Movie/Entertainment. Space Cowboy:
Has the "Wolverine and the X-Men" toy line been completely cancelled, never to return, or has the delay on Season 2 of the animated series caused a delay in the product line as well? Is the marketing strategy of the line to continue as long as there are new episodes airing or will the television series continue without a supporting toy line?
ghostdog0081:
Other than cost what is the decision behind painting on parts such as shirts and belts for some figures and not on others?
roadkill:
are there any plans to make playsets or vehicals?
boombatty:
Are there any plans to release Box sets again like the 3 packs or the GI Joe 7 Packs (meaning themed sets like X-Men, Avengers, Dark Avengers, Young Avengers, X-avengers (heeheehee), etc.)?
nomad1632:
are we going to see more iron man 2 movie concept figures such as the hulkbuster, and space flight armors? and perhaps weapon packages?
Also are the movie military drones coming out in the 3.75 figure line?
blackman2005:
1. Are there any plans to release more IM2 3.75" waves pass those shown at the last toy fare? Can you share with us some characters to look for in the future?
2. Will there be a return to ML single figures for 2011.
3. Any plans to improve the quality of MU figures? Will there be a revisit for more classic characters to receive better tooling than those that were released in previous waves?
DrewBlank:
Is there any possible way to upgrade the plastic or retool the joints on the MU figures so they don't fall apart as easily? My children have dozens of recent Star Wars figures and 25th style GI Joes and I don't think I've ever seen a detached arm or a leg in their toy bins, but I'd say about 1 out of every 4 MU figures loses a limb within fifteen minutes of opening (without my children touching them).
My Green Goblin and Hobgoblin from series 1 have exactly one leg position that doesn't end in limb loss and won't go on their gliders. Sunfire from series 2 lost his arm at the shoulder coming out of the package and the joint is stretch out and won't go back on. Most of the figures with chest articulation are beginning to slouch. Why does this toy line fall apart when related toylines (GI Joe, Star Wars, and even Indiana Jones) have sturdy joints and hard plastic limbs?
Snowflakian:
1. What's the teams favorite figures from concept, and how did it stack up in final execution for the mass market?
2. With the inclusion of Ghost Rider in marvel crossovers, was there a push to make it MU figure compatible in bike mode?
3. What are the team's favorite characters? (made or unmade, just a typical who are you guys fanboys/girls of?)
TheSymbiote:
1.Are the wave 5 figures on bigbadtoystore the official list?
2.Will the Ghost rider figure come with his motor cycle
rsg:
What's the issue with quality in this line? The Marvel Universe line seems so flimsy and a few of them just plain fall apart. In comparison to the X-men Origins Wolverine, the Spiderman 3.75's and GI Joes lines these just don't hold up to the age range they're supposed to. I collect as well as buy for my 4 year old and would like to see an improvement in quality. Any chance?
Case in point, the Doctor Doom figure which was amazing in sculpt and detail but is unplayable with. My son keeps losing its head and he can't hold his gun and the joints are flimsy.
The models and sculpts are great though, so keep at it with those.
ferndog1980:
Will you be making the other Havok versions, Xfactor or the older xmen?
Will you be making the Ironfist with open shirt and high collar?
Will you be making the Colossus with yellow/Red knee covers?
You guys should release more of them more often, like a wave of singles and a wave of 2-packs every month or something, if its possible.
Snowflakian:
People, let's try to keep the questions within the rules.
No future media questions includes the cartoons. (Though they've said previously those lines are done now anyway.)
No asking for when X figure will be made, or repainted. (Hulkbuster was already confirmed at toy fair though.)
Etc.

FIGURE STANDS!!!! I'm dying to know
Something along the lines of....
It was stated in last year's Q and A that Hasbro was going to release stands for SHIELD series MU figures. Has there been any talk on where this may be released (exclusive online?) and what design they would take after (would you guys give out an entire list of figures made and X amount of stands?)

Didn't we have a thread for how to word your Q&A questions?
Prem1x:
1. Why wasn't the female MU body given bicep swivels or elbrows?
2. How long will must any particular MU body stay in service before it get scrapped or improved? E.g. will we expect new MU articulation improvements make it into already existing bodies that would benefit from it, like Spider-Man?
Guneagle01:
why is the QC of the Iron Man 2 line so horrible?
Spekkio: Not a question: These question rules are a pain in the ass. I understand some of the restrictions probably stem from legal issues, but it doesn't seem to me like there's much information we can get when the topics are so limited. Question: If the Wal-Mart exclusive Iron Man 2 6" assortment is a big success, how likely is it that there might be another wave or two? Question: There have been concerns expressed about scalping of the Wal-Mart exclusive Iron Man 2 6" assortment, particularly War Machine. Do you have any way to mitigate this, for the sake of honest consumers like me that cannot or will not pay exorbitant amounts of money for these figures on online auction sites?

It is a PITA but sometimes that's the only way to get the items at retail prices. It can be a VERY WEIRD experience too. I remember running into an old grandma in a store who knew NOTHING of Marvel Legends(this was when Toybiz was producing their last waves), aside from their secondary market value. She noticed that as usual, I couldn't find what I was looking for, then she came out of nowhere with some checklist she printed off teh internetz, and suggested that I should do the same.
Then one day, when looking for an awesome 25th anniversary Snake Eyes with knives across his chest, I came across an old guy with a cart full of Hot Wheels to resell later on.
The sightings forums usually help a lot too.

The models and sculpts are great though, so keep at it with those. | The worst Marvel Universe figures(quality control wise) in my experience have been the comic packs. I'm almost certain they are produced by a different factory than the single figures. Quote:

Here are my questions:
1) Does the release of "New" Captain America in the Gigantic Battles sets prevent the release of a mass market version of New Captain America, perhaps with a different mold?
2) Is the 6" Exclusive Movie Series from Iron Man 2 limited to just movie designs?

Lets be honest, some of the questions people ask are pretty blatant and Hasbro can't answer them without screwing themselves. We get angry because they are mysterious.
If we ask good questions we get good answers

Why are the movie toys (particularly the 6"s) so much cheaper built and painted than the Marvel Legends figures which cost the same amount of money?

Question for next round:
1. Why was the carded deco on Iron Patriot chosen versus the more comic-accurate version we were shown at Toy Fair? Was the TF version the "fixed" version? Will there be a running change to correct it?

I'd really like to know why we don't see more cross pollination from other Hasbro lines, e.g. why does every MU (save Bucky) with a machine gun get the same assault rifle when there has got to be plenty of GIJoe machine guns to choose from that could add differentiation and excitement to the line.

That aside, I totally agree

If they want me to ask specific questions so they can give specific answers, then they should issue a monthly newsletter. I really don't give a [darn] about their overall sales strategy, I want to know when X figure is coming out when, and whether X movie will have a toy line and what size they will be.
I've never met or had contact with a bad rep from Hasbro, but when they lay out a bunch of rules and then don't answer half the questions anyway, I feel a little manipulated. If they want communication, they should open the lines of communication, not put on a dog and pony show and expect us to be entertained.

In the case of the Mark V, the Mark V prototype only showed up online a while after the Mark VI and War Machine.
The Mark V's being found in TRU in Taiwan arrived later than the Mark VI and War Machine. Whereas the 6" figures were in Taiwan last month, the Mark V only showed up there in stores last week.
Ash Talon:
1. The Iron Man 2 helmet has blue lights in it. The IM2 repulsor glove has blue lights in it. Why does the clip-on, chest, arc reactor have yellow lights instead of blue?
2. Where are the Iron Man 2 Drone figures?
3. Is the Iron Man 2 Comic Series limited to armored characters/villains? Ie would a non-armored character like Whiplash be possible for that series?
4. Is there a 5th figure in the 3rd wave of the Iron Man 2 Comic Series? We were shown 4 at Toy Fair, but the 1st two waves had 5 figures each. Might there be one more un-announced character in that wave?
5. What is the likelihood of a new, buck, female body for MU? Other than Jean Grey, the ladies of MU are still lacking swivel biceps. For nimble characters like Black Widow, this is unforgiveable.
6. Why wasn't the Iron Man 2 helmet given a voice changer instead of Jarvis? This is the first question everyone asks, when I show it to them. "Does it change your voice?"
LOKI:
When can we expect Iron man 2 figures of the drones?

But I'd be surprised if they answer this one directly.

1. Is it possible to release more 3.75" scale comic accurate vehicles on these set?
2. And since the possibility of a build a Figure... Is it possible for a build-a-mansion or something like that playset... I really want an X-Mansion and the Avengers Mansion/Tower so the figures can be displayed with them, instant diorama lol I've seen good diorama made by riverspoon but not all of us have the same creativity.

Marvel has lots of super hero and super villain teams, but so far it's been hard for fans to collect a full team. Any chance of a harder push in the future to complete teams or to make it easier for fans to collect their favorite teams of heroes and villains?
MrMunkeepants:
*Will there be any official way for non-attendees to get the SDCC exclusive Ages of Thunder Thor?
*What is the reason for the many QC issues (flaking/scratched/thin/sloppy paint, stuck hips) with the first waves of IM2 figures, and what is being done to fix it in future waves? will Hasbro initiate a buy-back program to clear them off the shelves to make room for waves with better QC?
*Will there be a third wave of Handful of Heroes? How has the line performed compared to Hasbro's expectations?
probably disqualified, but I'd still like to know:
*When will the 4" IM2 Unmasked figures be appearing at retail?
*Will there be Pepper Potts or Tony Stark (both business suit & cave/car battery versions)? AIM soldier army builder?
*Are there plans to release a Gigantic Battles or Icons Sentinel? (please don't re-re-release the old ToyBiz 5" scale playset!)

Why would you want a AIM IM2 figure when there's one in MU this month?
They won't answer plans questions (same as "when will") but a Masterworks Sentinel was alluded to follow Galactus "if he sells well".
Snowflakian:
Interesting answers so far. Glad these are some questions that can get some longer responses. =D

I'm excited by the fact more 6 inch exclusives will be hitting in the fall! Perhaps newer versions of the Marks I-III will be made as well as the older versions suck compared to the new figures. Shin Densetsu:
We got ours in too, will post in a few minutes.

2) Why aren't the Iron Man 2 armors painted with the same metallic red used on the Marvel Universe Iron Man armors? A) Iron Man has many different suits throughout the movie and within Marvel comics. We like showing the breadth of his collection while inspiring our creative fan base. | Hidden meaning: Quote:

A) Don't like the red we use? Do it yourself, you guys customize sh*t.

Thank you Hisstank, for the new female body question. Thank god they're finally going to give us another one. I'm betting it Elekta with more artic. Elektra's been found in the WM database.
This was a good round of answers. Only a couple of throwaway questions were given. Hasbro even anwere those with more tact than before.

Like, who really wants to know why they didn't make them look shiny like the MU ones? They simply used a different style.

i hate whoever picked that shade of red for the movie figs.

While I'd love for them to do a She Hulk figure, I'm guessing that mold couldn't be reused as much so they will go for a more reusable mold.
Still it's good news that the female heroes and villains will be getting more variety than just one mold.

The Marvel Universe line is promoted as a mainstream, broad-market product that is supported by major chains all over the country (Target, WalMart, K-Mart, etc.). Yet MU collectors all over the country are seeing "on the shelve" availabilty to be rare and infrequent, like that of a select, limited-production, collector's set. What is Hasbro doing to produce more of its products on the shelves, and with greater frequency?

RedAlert Rescue:
I realise I missed the deadline but as someone who's only recently started collecting Marvel universe 3.75" figures as an adjunt to previous 3.75" Hasbro lines.
There's a few things that accure to me from an outside perspective.
1) Why on earth have an Iron Man figure line and pump out a lot of different Iron Man figures in Marvel Universe as well ?... even after the Movie sequel line Debued.
2) Why not hold off on X-Men characters to a small extent in the line and instead release them in the next 'X-Men Origins' figure line. there's plenty of figures from X-Men 1 to 3 and Wolverine and so on still that could be made.
3) There's a Spider-Man line they seem semi-comicish like the Marvel Legends so surely a lot of the Spider-Man items should be in that line.
4) Therefore it seems to me that the logical thing to do is not release any more X-Men, Spider-Man, or Iron Man figures (or indeed Thor) under the Legends line and instead bulk the line out with characters from other teams and with Individuals... and if possible make movie version of characters like the Punisher and Blade if licenses permit.
Since it's a little unlikely that there will be another Fanatasic Four movie imminently then they are something to use, as is the Mighty Avengers, Captain America, Hulk, Other X-team characters and villans... perhaps there's a legitimate reason to add some characters to the general line that otherwise might fit in the Movie lines - comic related subwaves if they are to obscure to warrant being in a movie toy line things like Emma Frost with Ice-Powers for example.
I'd like to see things like The Red Skull, or Skrulls or Firestar, Cloak & Daggger, Dazzler, or Ms Marvel in the Marvel Legends line.. things that otherwise don't really fit.
But Comic Deadpool and Gambit and Ice Man seemed popular choices in the wolverine line and I'd like to see Movie X-men figures dumped enmass into the next X-Men Origins figure line... all the staff that was previously made and more only now in 3.75" line.
But there's no reason why characters like The Beetle or the Absorbing Man or Sand Man various Symbiotes, The Scarlet Spider, Spider-Armour Spider-Man etc... shouldn't be in the Spider-Man line and only in the Spider-Man line.
5) Lastly I'd wonder about the legality and general likelyhood of Circuit Breaker and Deaths Head being made since they cross the border between Marvel Comics and Transformers they are both legitimate characters to put in the Marvel Legends line - heck Deaths Head II would make and Ideal 3.75" figure and Deaths Head 1 and ideal 6" figure for reasons of scale.
You can't honestly tell me that more people want members the obscurer members of Alpha Flight before hand than want Deaths Head as I'd not believe you as he's of more interest as he's relevent to The Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Doctor Who and Transformers.
Sure Marvel Managed to screw him up a bit later on but that does not mean he's more deserving that some of the more obscure Iron Man armours or characters that have Already been made. I'd put him well up the food chain from a character like Iron Fist or Wonder man, Cannonball, Thunderhawk or Hawkeye or the Falcon or indeed every miniscule costume change Wolverine's ever had.
Sure some of them are good if you want to complete a team and people will always have obscure favorites (I've always liked Moon Knight & the Black Panther for example).
But if Hasbro don't make Deaths head and continue to plunge into the ever more obscure that will only serve to annoy me.
I wish someone could collar them at a convention and specifically pester them about Death's Head.

It was just a question about paint apps, which are technically covered by the q/a quidelines as questions that can be addressed(deco).
In brighter news, I take it their 3rd answer implies either a 6" Marvel Legends New Captain America for 2011 to coincide with the movie and it's associated toyline AND one in the movie toyline, maybe a comic series subline like what we are seeing in the Iron Man 2 line.
