Marvel Legends Test Shots on Ebay
Posted on 02-10-2010 at 07:16 AM by trebleshot under Marvel Toy News.
Marvel Toy News
327313034_o Thanks to Action Figure Pics, we have images of two Marvel Legends test shots: Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man.

The Ebay auctions where the images were found have since ended, but considering that these two made it to this phase in the production, there is an outside chance that we may eventually see them at retail.

Who knows, they may be included in a future wave of Iron Man movie figures? Of course, this is merely speculation at this point.

Discussion Of The Week Roundup- Marvel Universe Wolverine
Posted on 02-09-2010 at 11:15 PM by Shin Densetsu under Marvel Toy News.
Marvel Toy News
Wolverine-Astonising-X-Men-Costume Last week, we conducted a discussion which poised the question; which version of Wolverine did fans want; the classic tiger stripe version made popular in the 90's, or the current costume which debuted in Astonising X-Men and has had some aesthetic refinements since? After a week of debate and discussion, we got some interesting results. It turns out that more fans here want to see the Astonishing X-Men costume more than the 90's tiger stripe version for this year!

Now the big question is, will we see this figure later this week at Toy Fair 2010? If you'll remember, last year a Sentinel with Wolverine was rumored for the Gigantic Battles assortment of Marvel Universe. If anything it is surprising that Wolverine's current costume is still absent from the line. Perhaps we may see both the 90's version of the tiger stripe, and current costume in the line? There was a standard blue/yellow X-Men costumed Wolverine released late last year, and the design is from the early 90's....

The discussion for this week will follow shortly!

Discussion Of The Week- Marvel Universe 2010 Wolverine
Posted on 01-31-2010 at 03:03 PM by Shin Densetsu under Marvel Toy News.
Marvel Toy News
Marvel-Universe-2010-Wolverine-Poll The Marvel Universe line debuted in 2009 and fulfilled the desire of 3-3/4" fans to have a Marvel line made by the same company who makes G.I. Joe. The 1st Wolverine figure released had Wolverine's current X-Force costume. Yet something has been missing from the Marvel Universe lineup....

...Wolverine's blue and yellow costume(s)! Yes, the Marvel Universe line has yet to feature Wolverine in either his current costume(which debuted in Astonishing X-Men), or his classic tiger stripe costume(the one made popular in the 90's and also showed up in the cartoon). While it can be said that the X-Men Origins Wolverine versions fit the bill, let's face it, fans want Marvel Universe versions! With the release of Jean Grey and the standard outfit blue/yellow X-Men costumed Wolverine late last year, we take it it's a good sign that the tiger stripe and Astonishing X-men costumes for Wolverine are inevitable in the Marvel Universe line.

So the question is, which one do you want more? For the discussion of the week, that's just what we are trying to figure out! Click on the discuss button to vote in this week's poll/discussion of the week, tiger stripe Wolverine VS Astosnishing X-Men Wolverine for the Marvel Universe line!
