Calm down and be patient. They'll put it up when they can.

As for the articulation on the new 4 inch movie figs, the Keaton Batman has the full articulation except the ab crunch. So I feel the others will eventually get the full articulation as well. ....I hope.

here's the kicker you all complain about not getting Unleashed Doomsday. I have a question. Did any of you buy the Sub? Mattel made it very clear they needed to get to tier 2 to get that Figure. By not subbing you made it clear you didn't want the Unleashed Doomsday, in truth you wanted none of the figures. This is not a difficult concept I get it, I subbed, I had no issues with the Idea. Yet some people seemed to miss the message. If any one has a right to be complaining it's those of us who did sub. So if you didn't Stop complaining and accept the fact that this is what you wanted.

At least you get my point. I didn't do the MOTU sub. If you want to know what caused the Sub to fail. This sub was poorly marketed by a person who had/has no clue about the characters let alone the fans. My advice to Mr. N is very simple learn to PUNCH when it comes to the Market. Sense of Ownership, Sense of Urgency, Sense of Business, Common Sense, and Sense of Humor.. If you fail at any of these you fail in general.

I got excited on the 4" Movieverse! The sculpts are great BUT I can't see much variations on their poses though. Especially on Catwoman and Penguin, although just give me some little minions and his umbrella/cane I'll be fine.

Has there been any signs of the supposed 4" Beware the Batman figure?

Does anyone know, do these Total Heroes have some form of elbow/bicep swivel?
I'd be all over those movie figures if they were 6 inch, rather than 4 inch. As they are, megapass. |

Oh check out this Doomsday Tooling Speculation Thread it really helps illustrate how equal the amount of tooling would be on CS & Unleashed Doomsday. Last edited by 1987olds442; 10-12-2013 at 05:59 AM.. |

I most certainly subbed. I did it with the hope of getting the unleashed version. A lot of people didn't sub because they didn't like the fact that it was either/or with Doomsday. That was just a poor sales tactic in my opinion. My point is if mattel just offered unleashed doomsday then the sub most likely would've gone through.
Also, regarding 4-inch lines, Mattel's are usually really bad. Remember DC Infinite Heroes or Dark Knight Rises? The guy counting 4" Superman figures also missed the 3 or 4 released in JLU. Those were pretty terrible too aside from having decent looking sculpts. I also remember the first few attempts at downsizing Marvel Legends and how awful they turned out. Hasbro had their act more or less together by the time GIJoe 25th rolled out but I don't have that much faith in Mattel. And Total Heroes? Another line where I _might_ buy Batman and they _might_ get a 3rd or 4th wave out before it's canceled. Last edited by RKillian; 10-12-2013 at 05:59 AM.. |

The problems at Mattel is the do not learn from past mistakes. They are flat out Ignorant of anything besides He-Man. Every non MOTU sub has failed due to being poorly marketed. Scott has made stupid statement after stupid statement because he's a monkey trying to do long division with the others. The biggest mistake made is doing charaters that are Figureable over what people want. If we compare figures (planned and Released) Flash I, Saint Walker, and Aquaman. The first two met Demand and Figureability the last is little Demand but high figureability. Same goes for almost every figure while I have not wanted all a large group did the biggest failing falls on to Batzarro Little if any Demand made because of figureability

It could be argued that they don't even really know what they're doing with MOTU either though. Just look at how frontloaded the line is and the struggle to find anchor characters now. The reason that subscription keeps going through is because fans know that it's over for MOTU when MOTUC ends. Even if the movie happens, what does anyone think they'll get out of a MOTU:TM line? Two waves of sloppy 3.75" figures in some xtreme space tekno style with warped rubber weapons, 75% of which will be HeMan variants anyway. With DC, we at least have options: DC Direct, occasional pricey imports, Mattel's next aborted relaunch, and even the distant hope that someday Mattel will bungle something badly enough for Hasbro to regain the license.

You know what is ****ed up? The 4 DCU figures are going to be available for Early Access, which is bs because those of us who subscribed to the DC sub don't get that. What a way to reward those who wanted to subscribe.

Yes all of these figures will be offered in EA.

Has anyone seen pictures of the Power Attack Batman display? The guy claiming to have seen the BtB figure says it was with the 4" Power Attack figures.
Edit, just found a gallery that had one image of the Power Attack display, and there is indeed a BtB Batman figure in the display. He's holding a large gold batarang. Seems to just be a randome addition to the line, but I kinda hope it won't be the only one. Would have been nice to get BtB figures in the multiverse line, but this is better than nothing.

Yeah what reward do those of us who did sub get? Cancelled line and a possibility of not getting the figures because of the Worst marketing ever. Scott Nitlich Mighty Master of Marketing my @$$ Hasbro won't get the DC Line. I'm sorry to all you who think they will they won't and if they do it's nothing to look forward to. You all sing like the Marvel Legends line is so great I don't see it they are over the top in articulation making them more prone to breaking (More moving parts = more likely to break)

Ah so there are indeed two Keaton Batman figs. For some reason, I thought it was the same figure but with a switchable head.

My big problem with Damian was that he was Robin. I think I would have liked him more as a new hero character or something, not Robin. I felt he was to arrogant and a little a-hole to be carrying the mantle of Robin. Tim Drake is my Robin (not really a fan of him being Red Robin) and Dick is Nightwing. (I miss blue Nightwing). I really think they should have had Damian be a bad guy and become the new Ra's and head the League of Assassins, But now Ra's is back, so whatever. |
