Am I right in thinking that NYCC starts in less than a week???
(btw, i couldnt see another thread about this so apologies if there is) I was just wondering, whos attending?? who is buying the exclusives??? NYCC is quite close to the SDCC that just happened where there were alot of MU reveals... in your guys experience; do you think they will reveal more unseen stuff???

Yep, October 13th to 16th. The exclusives have been posted and the convention days are on there. Also the NYCC webpage has most of the info anyone would need. Ill be there on Saturday, just picked up my pass yesterday. I'm planning in getting a few exclusives, compound Hulk, some minimates, maybe that 4 piece swappable parts set, forget the name of those.
I'm sure there will be some surprises but I'd be surprised if there was anything special. I think mostly everything upcoming was revealed at SDCC.

I believe this is the first time Hasbro has attended so we might get some new MU news, it seems to me that the singles, comic packs and masterpiece figure were announced at SDCC, so I'm hoping for some team or giant battles news. (Professor X or MODOK anyone!?)
I'm also full of hope that we get some Transformers Generations news - we got a lot of alternate heads shown in the instructions for figures released late last year/early this year, so at the very least I'd like to see some confirmation on who those characters are.

If you click "Home" on the menu bar to the site the first 2 things are NYCC coverage "Toyark was there at Hasbro's New York Comic-Con 2011 Preview Event. Check out some pics of The Avengers figures that were on hand. They appear to be showing both 3.75" and 6" figures, waiting on confirmation from the Toyark team at the event."
