No, both docks are from the Gotham Select Penguin figures.

This one was rain . Being on the docks, rain jacket, etc. That's what was in my head anyway.

Just used a spray bottle and continuous shutter mode. Take 100+ shots in a row, one usually looks good.

This looks amazing. Makes me want to pick up the set just because these two look so badass and well done.

Small dock - Sin City Select Hartigan

I'd definitely try to jump on it soon since it's practically sold out at most places I know of. Great set and comes with more Popeye stuff than his single releases.
