You come RIGHT OUT of a COMIC BOOK !!! You need to do your homework BEFORE MAKING FOOLISH statements like this. Where on my list did I mention Hawkgirl, Harley Quinn, Joker ??? Any re issues WILL NOT contain BAF or CnC Parts. Ala Gentleman Ghost, Joker, Harley Quinn ,Naked Cheeta. Where have these come with BAF or CnC parts. Get a life guy. I rest my case. Have a nice day.
Ahahaha! Here's dinner. I never said you mentioned Hawkgirl, Joker, or Quinn. I said they were worth more at one time than the ones you chose as examples, and they, along with the Black Adam and Gentleman Ghost you said would never ger reissued, have gotten reissued. It's funny you tell me to do my homework when you have no concept of what you're talking about. Also, it doesn't matter if a reissue will have a different package, or a different, or no C&C piece. It still affects the value of the original. Why? Because it makes the figure avaulable again. And those who can't pay second hand market prices for a rarish Black Adam can now go to TRU and pick one up for $30, and get a snazzy Captain Marvel to go along with it. Why would someone go pay $60 for a single Black Adam when they can get it for $30 (Maybe even cheaper if they wanna risk waiting for it to go on clearance), and just snag the Proteus piece off evay for a couple bucks? Of course it's going to crash the original release's price. This is reality around the board, for every toyline that ever existed. This effects toys from the eighties, as well. Why buy a $150 TF from 1984, when they can get the same toy, brand new for $40 when Takara and Hasbro did their reissues? So, if I need to do my homework, before you claim to know the future and say something will never get reissued, you should check to see if it's already been reissued. Because, that reissue might actually still be in stores. (ALso, I *wish* I came out of a comic book. Aside from the random alien zombie invasions, it's so much cooler there, and I could get myself a snazzy little power ring, and LEAVE.)

Ditto, I hate seeing the customized versions for 2-300$ Give me the original all day, never found one for under $200, some day but for the $$ it fetches I'd rather buy hot toys for the same $$. I think distribution of a figure is a key reason to keep it moc, ie vinyl toys, that are limited editions, yes there maybe 10 different colors made but if it's limited to 200, that's all there'll ever be, like the Mars-1 figure mentioned previously.Or 3A, Hot toys, Sideshow, some big ticket items could be worth even more down the road, but honestly it's all speculation.

Aside from the random alien zombie invasions, it's so much cooler there, and I could get myself a snazzy little power ring, and LEAVE.) That Black Adam 2 pack is WORTHLESS. 20 plus at 1 TRU I was at. The Gentleman Ghost/Hawkgirl is also WORTHLESS. Saw 10 of them sitting on shelf last. Saw 6 Joker/harley Quinn packs a few days ago. AGAIN WORTHLESS. You know why BOY??? Re paints and NO Collect N Connect Piece. Without those you CAN NOT finish CnC figure. Ala Giganta, Grood, Chemo..... List continues ON and ON No REAL collector will pay good money for Re issues. HA HA !! Packaging and all will be different. Also , this would be ORIGINAL RELEASE. G1 Tranformers, 80's Gi Joes, 70's Star Wars, etc.... List continues quite easily. Complete carded BAF or CnC sets fetch some good bread. Loose items are not worth CRAP!!. Try finding loose pieces for Marvel Ares series( Esp. Crossbones) and that would change you toon real quick. Re search and do your homework BEFORE making these FOOLISH statements. Have a nice day. |

excuse me, but why are you even on this forum? it seems like you dont care a bit about toys and all you're doing is just bragging about your rare items that you have and how much you can sell them for. then you go out of your way to insult the other members of this site? thats not a way to do buisness and im sure youll be keeping your rare figures for a long time.

I am on here to have some fun. I do care about toys that is why I own them. 2. No need to brag when I have all RARE figures in hand. Pictures have been provided on some from MANY. 3. No need for insults. Just facts pointed out. Real Facts hurt don't they?? Facts that REAL COLLECTORS pay going rate and NOT WHINE and CRY about it. Like some posters on this board that NOT HAVE them. It seems I have the RARE figure that are in HIGH DEMAND. 4. I already sold A LOT of my figures so I know they will sell to REAL COLLECTORS that pay. I only hold on to figures if I wanted to do so. 5. Selling toys is VERY FUN and quite profitable if you have the RIGHT HIGH DEMAND item. 6. I always GOT top DOLLARS for my items. I NEVER SELL AT COST or at LOST prices. 7. I DO NOT go to flea markets, swap meets, etc....Most toys there are DAMAGED and WOULD NEVER fetch top dollar. 8 No need for e bay. Doing pretty good here. 9. Guys that DO NOT have figures need to vent for sympathy. You seem to need that Target Exclusive Hulk I pictured right??? 10. This is a post about MOC or Open. Discussion went the other way. |

How is this guy even a member of this site anymore, and what purpose does he serve? Most of us post about our interests, trade, sell, etc, but this dude appears to just want to be hostile and profitable (but is apparently just hostile). Lame.

I will do that after you post any degrees you have. Very simple. Fair enough?? Post pictures of your degrees and I will do the same. I have and can provide PROOF very easily. Take a look at some of my HIGH DEMAND figures. Marvel Legends Crossbones ring a bell??

Very proud of both my degrees. All hard work payed off. Working and making decent bread. 2.The facts hurt about not having money to be in collecting game. I do not seem to have that problem 3. Might start CLEANING OUT flea markets, swap meets, yard sales, etc... Have money. Why not do it??? 4. No luck needed for sales. Back to subject. Mint on card with ALWAYS fetch good bread if you need to re sell. Last edited by fordjuse; 05-16-2012 at 01:12 AM.. |
