As I said on the predator appreciation thread, my only concern with the torso articulation is that the netting won't always be lined up right and that'll bug me. I can almost totally get over the Kenner remakes having unpainted netting but apparently misaligned netting is where I draw the line
I'll definitely be getting the ultimate Jungle Hunter, I'll wait and see with City Hunter.

Okay, so this confirms that the Ultimate Predator 1 & 2 releases will be using the new buck and won't just be re-releases of the original figures.

Their legs will probably be pretty much if not exactly the same. I definitely hope part of the arm upgrades is swivel gauntlets.

Did NECA announce an Ultimate Jungle Hunter?
This looks good, though. Looks like I might be upgrading my City Hunter. |

People around here have told me that he will but it may be a while. He'll be worth the wait though.
Wish there was a way to see him again in a better movie. |

looks pretty cool.
i really wish all predator figures included both a masked sculpt and an unmasked sculpt. or a removable mask if possible. |

Alternate heads, yes please. Removable masks, not doable for movie figures.

Awesomesauce, NECA’s on fire with these Preds. I’m very late to the party so I’m glad they do Ultimate versions of the movie Predators, I need those the most. I’m also glad they feature the torso articulation, I can understand people who prefer a clean sculpt but I prefer more articulation.

They did, they had an Ultimate Predator shelf at Toy Fair which had only one figure, the Concrete Jungle Predator, but three boxes in the Ultimate packaging style: One for the Concrete Jungle Predator, one for Predator 1 and one for Predator 2. So it’s safe to say they do both Jungle Hunter and City Hunter as Ultimate releases this year. |

I'm really liking these new upgrades here. The new arms look great, and it LOOKS to me like they have gauntlet rotation if only because the gauntlets line seems to cut half the rivet opening in the lower elbow off, so here's hoping. Nice to see they have added that little launcher he used in the movie into the left gauntlet too. Very nice! Hoping to see a slew of extra hands included with this as well.

I am excited for the future of Predator figures and NECA but does anyone know if they are thinking to revisit Berserker Predator or Wolf? Maybe?

Yes to Wolf, most likely to Berserker. Supposedly we can expect to see a new Wolf next year and Randy has said that they will probably one day redo the super predators but since they've already planned through series 20 it'll be a ways off.

Yeah new Wolf. Hope he has all his gear with one figure this time.

Unless they just do one ultimate version I'd expect the gear to be split between two regular versions (one masked and one unmasked).

Ugh I hope not. I'd definitely prefer an Ultimate version with swappable heads and all his Batman gear.

I appreciate that they're adding more articulation and I love all the new features and accessories, however, I'm a little worried about that torso articulation. It looks like the break in the sculpt may stick out a little too much and I'd rather just have a solid piece like the previous versions had. I guess we'll have to see how it looks with paint and everything.

I'm noticing a number of interesting possibilities there...is the net launcher that he wears on his calf removable now? I also see that the missile thing he hits Harrigan in the chest with is a separate piece as well. Hopefully it's not just a case of these pieces not having been glued on yet.
I don't want to have to re-buy all of my Predators, but if NECA's re-making the more popular ones with the new buck I'd love to see the battle armored Borg Predator get the treatment. That remains my favorite Predator but the range of motion in his elbows is horrible. |

I already own all the 7 inch Hunters so I really don't know about this one or Jungle short of some truly amazing paintwork or something.
