Well the only true comparison with the extras is the additional hands as Hasbro has been shy about including stands with Marvel Legends figures for a long time. But I imagine if they did include stands in Legends the prices would start climbing to $30 or close to it for those figures.

These are a bit disappointing. Flash's arms are too long. They clearly tried to hide it by bending them, but if extended fully they'd be halfway down his thighs. Also, I'd gladly exchange the stands for more hands and unmasked heads. I'm not seeing anything here that Legends isn't doing better at a cheaper price. I'll still get Carter Wonder Woman as long as she isn't a trainwreck, but I don't see getting any others.

Spotted Flash (x1) and Batman (x2) at Walmart in Kirkland, Canada, for $29.99 each (CDN). This is the best store in all of the province of Quebec, since most toys they get are sold here weeks, even if not months before the USA and the rest of Canada even gets them. I remember they started getting Transformers: Power of the Primes around Halloween. Almost 2 months before everywhere else.

The Flash looks alight to me except the thighs look a little thick compared to the torso. I really wish they'd fix Kilmer's cape to how it was in the first promo photos though.

Wow not too much luv for 90s Flash? Kind of a big deal really. Besides the unproduced proto and the LHT card back art (repacked superheroes bloated flash), this is the first time getting this version! The rest of the TV series wasn't good, but that 'pilot' was great and pure nostalgia for me. Still dig that costume even by today's standards. Piiiiiiiiike!

I'll stick with NECA, who make the best 7" DC action figures. Still love the Heath Ledger and Christian Bale 1.0 ones I got from them. Want more from them.

im getting Kilmer/Bats after i saw this review. his head is cheesy but in a good way. and to the people who said that the Flash's quads were big, they are not, you can see it in the vid. DC is moving in the rite direction with the articulation. improving every time.

Remember the days when Mattel did iconic comic designs? I wish they would go back to doing that.

Remember the days when Mattel made overpriced plastic garbage? I wish they would quit doing that.

With Mattel doing the TV/movie properties now in this scale, NECA CANNOT do it any more. |

It's baffling that people are still willing to pay for this shit.

The thing is that Mattel doesn't deliver when they do DC action figures. For instance, they might give a Batman action figure a lot of articulation, but they just give them either a stiff plastic cape or a cut-out cloth cape. Now I want my Batman action figures to have a multi-purpose cloth cape, in which you can make him glide or cover himself up. Luckily, NECA has done this with their Batman action figures in the 7" scale. Now if only WB/DC could come to their senses and do a good deal with NECA, that'd be good for all.

What are the chances there will be more figures revealed for this line at NY Toy Fair?

So those new premium DC figures from Mattel DON'T have ankle rockers. -_-

Are there any pictures of these with height/scale comparisons? Curious of the scale compared to Marvel Legends and/or current DC Multiverse. I've heard they are supposed to be a bit taller.

I was looking at the preorder listing on BBTS and the more i look at these, the the crappier these look.
Mattlel , really this is what your putting out there? Advances in face tech and figures being made these days with greater articulation are far superior to this garbage. Especially - for me - Wonder Woman. Last edited by kollekxon; 08-27-2018 at 04:43 PM.. |

Look for the sdcc pics of Wonder Woman. They’re a lot better.

On their own I never trust convention pics to reflect final quality, especially with Mattel.
