I believe so, yes. The Trilobite, that we saw at SDCC, looked pretty large. Here's that and the engineer from the show.

Still no Shaw? Humph! That said, rather than these I'd like to see a line of characters from the original movie. A full Nostromo crew would be brilliant.

That's a solid idea. They should branch Prometheus (if the line is popular enough) line into the other movies. I would love a Bill Paxton figure.

The trilobite in the twitter photo looks absolutely nothing like the one from SDCC. The SDCC one looks awesome. The one in the twitter photo looks like some grey blob.

Please keep in mind, the twitter photo is of the unpainted prototype. It's nothing more than a mock-up at that point.

The teaser pic from Twitter seems to show a much different Engineer then the one shown at SDCC/found in single packs.

Looks to be a shirtless torso with new arms as well. If I remember right that would make him scene accurate to when he was attacked by the 'trilobite".
