Its an action figure series based off simple articulated figures. The story is Greek mythology and fantasy. Wave 1 is shown on the site along with a wave 2 character and accessory packs.

These look like Chap Mei figures from Big Lots only larger scale and inspired by MOTU.

I could go for a fully poseable fantasy figure.

These were discussed/teased at Power-Con last year (the guy at the ZoloWorld booth was talking about them) and were first available for pre-order last month, October 12. Apparently the first 4 figures released are almost sold out. Kry Sis was revealed a week or 2 ago but currently is not available to order yet.

I saw these the other day and really digged them. But for a 20 dollar price tag I'm not so sure

My guess is that Pixel-Dan will do reviews of these when they become available. He's been posting a few updates about the line on his site.

I kind of don't understand what's going on here. A co is producing what looks to be pieces of shit for $20 a pop. I'm not trying to be a dick to anyone that's into these; I just don't get the appeal. I guess they're going for a retro toy look and people are digging that aspect? The Hercules figure looks like a wrestling figure that would be sold on a small spinning rack by the door at my local 7-11.

They could definitely make great custom fodder for those looking for new parts and styles for MOTU sized figures without having to cast parts. And prices look to be swappable, so creating variations should be easy enough.

19.99 a piece? I hope they include a HJ with that prices. But seriously those are the coolest looking non-brand related toys in a long time.

"Recommended for Ages Adult and Older"

...that's... that's hilarious. I love it.
Whether it's engrish, or intentedly worded that way, I love it.

That aside, the skeletons look pretty cool. The rest looks as dopey as the MOTU they're ripping off, but the skeletons look pretty cool.
But not $20 cool. Like someone said, these look like they belong on the $5 spinning rack at the in & out gas station mart.

$5 at biglots is the MOST I'd pay for these. Look like CRAP, but again, would be fun for fodder.

I would pay $20 a piece for these to be honest, the packaging and toy is dead on straight from Remco, Olmec, Tomland Toys, any of those. I wouldn't have gone with the greek myth back ground my self. I am not trying to learn I am trying to play with toys.
But its really cool what they are producing and What ever the 7" inch conversion pack is sounds like they will be compatible with MOTUC which then I put this in my
STONE COLD LOCK DOWN OF THE WEEK OF THE CENTURY!!!
Independent knock offs!!! Let me get in line with all that money I am not spending on Hasbro!!

These are the molds from the old AWA Wrestling figures from Remco circa early 80's!!! (Had to go to my old school wrestling stuff for the Nature Boy and Animal)

I am all about these...but not for $20 per fig. Reminds me of the old days when I would buy stuff like this at Woolworth or McCrory's!!! The good old days!!! Fugetaboutit!!!

$20 is probably fair, considering this looks and feels like this is made in small numbers and from like 3 guys in a basement in china somewhere lol.

The figures look to be able to pull apart. there is talk of battle packs for them. I dont think these figures look cheap at all. look at the crap on todays shelf and this blows it away hands down IMO, but to each their own.

If that figure is $20. Yeah, that's really, really bad. They have similar enough stuff at the dollar store.

Just wanted to make sure but 20 is pretty correct. Looks like BBTS has them for a little more even.

I saw them first hand last week at Super Megafest. They look cheap but are sturdy. I didn't even want to talk to the guy long enough to figure out what they cost. I would have laughed at him if I found out then.

The Hercules does resemble a Remco Nord The Barbarian. Which if they still existed I would smell law suit. It already looks like they are using classic MOTU arms. I had to look at these up close but they are a huge pass for me at any price.

There is possibly going to be a playset sometime next year. It may involve slime somehow.
