I decided to do a quick review of the TDKR Movie Masters Alfred Pennyworth because I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of it and you guys deserve some input. The paint on this figure is well executed, and for those of you that like the DCUC and Legacy figures, this one won't disappoint. The likeness of Michael Cain is very good, but overall I felt that it could have been slightly better. I will say that it was interesting how the hands of the figure seem to be made from skin tone colored plastic, whereas the hands of the Bane figure I purchased were not (they were merely painted). I feel as though Mattel put extra effort into this figure, considering that the paint applications on his head are so well done. When I originally bought the figure I thought that it looked cross eyed, but once I opened it and got a closer look I realized that I was mistaken. He has more of a sincere, melancholy expression on his face. I chose to pose him with one arm behind his back and the other extended out because I feel this represents his character well, but the articulation was executed rather well (I couldn't ask for more considering that he is a butler) and his articulation is that of a DCUC figure (arm, leg, and wrist swivel). I do believe that the body is the same used for the DCUC Two Face, but the tie on this particular figure is not split down the middle and the jacket itself can be spread open so if it is the same mold than they made significant alterations to it. In my opinion, these changes are a welcomed improvement. Over all, I give this figure an 8/10.

Thanks man, here is another shot to show what I meant about his jacket. I'm glad this stuff helps. His right arm is turned a little further, but you get the idea.

I really feel like Mattel put waaaaay more effort into this figure compared to Bane and Batman. The body would be a perfect resource for customizers too since they added hands that can hold guns and the jacket opens which is a step up from the other suited figures I've seen in the past.

still can't find this guy....was lucky to stumble across a Bane figure, one and one one in all the stores I've searched, for the past few weeks....only one bane and no Alfred's. Hoping more start to hit the shelves soon!
