Has a "Marvel vs Capcom" vibe.

Wow, they sure have improved since their early releases. Cable actually looks normal in a fairly static pose.

Oh dam, love everything about this...but, if I were to get it, it would be like the 4th time I swore off Revo only to purchase another one a year or so later, end up disappointed, etc, etc. A vicious cycle...so maybe I'll show some restraint his time.

Man. I love this. I'm a big fan of his blue-and-gold designs, especially the more 'streamlined' versions (like the Joe Kelly run, which was also his MvC2 costume). Only complaint is the lack of his Psimitar weapon, which would just allow for even more dynamic posing options.
I might actually grab this one.

Looks like this might be my perfect Cable. If the listing size is accurate at 6.7 that'd be fantastic, but compared to the revoltech Deadpool, Cable might be the same size as a Bucky Cap ML. Revoltech Deadpool measures around 6.3", and a hair under the juggernaut deadpool. Feels more likely the listed measurement is fudged than the picture being inaccurate. Either way, the look, the guns, the articulation, he's on my list for sure. He's got that MvC2 vibe and that didn't have Cable towering over people the way ML seems to think he should. But if he winds up being nearly 6.7, I'll be thrilled

Revo is killing it ! Looks really good, but that price creep is ominous though.

This is actually the one character where Kaiyodo's exaggerated proportions are absolutely warranted. Easily the best looking Cable figure based on pure aesthetics alone.

Nice looking interpretation for Cable, but yeah if you don't mind the Japanese video game/Marvel Vs. Capcom aesthetic (my only problem with the line is with the female faces- too cute/young looking) this is great!
Only thing to consider is if you know the usual pros/cons of this line, like the eye-gimmick. Bit worrisome to note, his guns though great seem too heavy for him, always needing the stand, which reminds me of my Figma Overwatch Reaper issue. Also missing gun blast effects? As extremely tempting this is being an Amazing Yamaguchi, may just wait for what MAFEX might pull out for Cable whenever that may be (years?). |

Honestly they're actually in pretty good proportion. If you look at body builders and athletes, thighs get freaking huge. Theres a lot of meat and fat there compared to shins which are basically skin and bone. Really it's a lot of domestics that are funny looking. The NECA movie turtles actually do a great job of showing it.

This looks really good and could replace my ML Cable. My only question is, how will this fit in with the standard ML figures? Will this be a bit too stylized? That's what would hold me back from preordering it.
