Here are a few things I've finished lately. Alejandra and Johnny Blaze with bikes, Alejandra/Ghost Rider with bike, and a Mindless One.
Update to first post: removed pics taken with my Galaxy S. Added my completed Exiles line-up to replace the previous thumbnail. Update: Added Ronan the Accuser, a Kree soldier, and more on Page 2! Added Blink, Forge, Bug, and Magik on Page 3! Added Thunderbird and my Exiles team on Page 4! Last edited by Saint Phe; 03-26-2012 at 03:52 PM.. |

Update! I used the camera this time, but they still came out a little blurry for some reason. Maybe because I took the pictures in my toy cave. Not the best lighting in there.

Thanks! Here's Ghost! I may tweak the head color a little. Again. I just couldn't get it quite right.

This fellow Canadian speaks the truth. Surprised you could find that kind of stuff in the scale.

The bookcase, books, desk, lamp, and tea tray are from a line called Mayberry Minatures that Hobby Lobby carries. The base for the Orb of Agamotto was a globe stand from the Mayberry line combined with the spike shield accessory from the Odin figure and a clear plastic dome. The Orb itself is a marble. The "flight stands" for Doctor Strange and the Orb are test strip tubes from my work. The scroll is from the GI Joe Hardmaster figure. The candles are sculpey and hot glue. The stand for the Book of the Vishanti is from Playmobil and I sculpted the book itself. Whew. I think that's about everything. I'm glad you guys like it!

THAT.IS. INSANE. Did you sculpt the head? Can you cast me one? I have Kutobokia greebles for the eye lenses that would make that look even more perfect... Now that I havea spare Moon KNight, I as thinking of making the Ghost in his original outfit- back when he was more...volitile...and buff! |

It's just a Black Guard head from the new Tron line. I do as a little sculpting as possible because I'm just not that great at it. I go for easy/lazy stuff that's mostly head and part swaps and simple repaints. I also stay away from anything that's gonna result in joint rub. I HATE that.

I may have to get that Black Guard head now for a Ghost- thanks! I can make his lenses look a bit better (and farthr apart) by useing Kutobokia detail parts- the same ones I used for the eye of my Hydra Drones. I think I'd use a spare X-23 body and sand down her breasts- to make the Ghost look his scrawny, emacieated self. But first I have Moon Knight and The Shroud on my art bench- just waiting on a Black panther head (sans ears) to go into a Zartan hood on a Steve Rogers body with storm shadow gauntlets and custom leg bracers...and a custom crescent chest decal, naturally! The Shroud will just be a Steve Rogers body buck with Steve's head (without hair) in a Zartan hood and paint- he's a quick, easy to make and cool looking character! Then it's Gyre- a Darkhawk villian useing DH parts on a Falcon body. Then maybe a Black cat- somone pointed out that the "Dark Ms. Marvel" repaints perfectly into her...and I think it'll rock with white pipe cleaners for the fur... What's up next on your customizing plate? PS- My LCS has that hardmaster set- today, thanks to you, I'm getting myself a Wong figure! You sir, rock! Everyone underestimates Wong...but he kicks crazy ass! He once staked Dracula himself with a broken table leg! that's better than that pansy Blade ever managed! Here's a couple of new pics. A Deathlok and Noh-Varr. I actually started Noh-Varr way back when the first sketches of him as the Protector were released. I quickly lost interest and threw him in a box. I just found him and finished him up last week.
