Can't wait for these to come out.

Is it me, or does Thunderball look like a minor remold away from Luke Cage?

Damn, Wolverine doesn't have the left fist hand, and presumably new mask sculpt shown on the prototype. Ah well, this is one of my favorite costumes, and despite having the Origins version, I'll probably like this better. I prefer the way that the Marvel Universe figures feel, and the that they are constructed, scale aside.

I'm glad that comic packs are going to be part of the series.

The white background didn't lend itself well to this detail, but does this Captain America have the wings on his head? I couldn't tell from the package pics either. Anyone see something I don't?

Hmp. The Cap and Spidey look good, the rest not so much.

Magneto's on the cover of that issue, and they couldn't make him a figure? I mean, a Magneto vs Wolverine pack would probably sell well.

What? How in the world do you think that Torch looks bad? Claw looks very good too.

You know they're doing a 2-pack for every issue right? Plenty of time to get a Magneto.

Have they said who else they have planned for the comic packs in the future?

I actually love that Human Torch... It's a hell of a lot better than the regular(+ the fucking running change) one out there.

W00t on the Klaw and cap one, since those are 2 I want. The others I already have well covered, though I may pick up the torch one to have an android torch.

There is a list of wave 2 somewhere around here. An internet store leaked them.

Sure, the Torch looks comic-accurate, but the toy just looks... bland. Red with wavy yellow lines? I know it's comic-accurate, I guess I was just assuming they'd do something like transparent orange plastic, or something.

Wave 1
Captain America (Winged mask)
Klaw

Wolverine
Human Torch

Spider-Man
Thunderball

Wave 2
Black Costume Spider-Man
Magneto

Iron Man (Classic armor)
Spider-Woman (Julia Carpenter presumed)

Hulk
Cyclops (Giant Sized X-Men/Pryde of the X-Men outfit)

Waves 3+ will be talked about at SDCC on July 23rd as well as the final 2 of the fan poll.
We should be seeing the next couple of waves for after SDCC too, along with more wolverine origins figures.

Magneto's in wave 2 with Black Spidey. Just not sure which issue they get packed with yet.

If the price is not too high, I will get them. I loved this comic and I am a fan so this is a win-win situation for me.

Thunderball is a must, only cuz he's a villain in an viallainy sparse line. Still, I like the Cap/KLAW, as it has a villain (a masters of evil, no less), and classic Cap. Yay!!!

Dunno about these. I'd want to get these as substitutes for my regular issues of the figs but since they are very Secret Wars paint jobs I'm probably going to pass.

They look sweet! I'm digging the Wolverine, they got the colors spot on. And who doesn't want a claw? I can't wait to see wave 2!
