Those look awesome. Arkham Knight Batman is a major improvement over Arkham City Batman. Two quick questions about AK Batman though: 1) Do the shoulder pad looking things hinder arm movement? 2) How's the cape attached? I'm not really a fan of those and was wondering how hard it might be to replace. Last edited by snake5289; 08-29-2014 at 04:22 PM.. |

They're tight and don't have a huge range of motion though, so the functionality is only a little different. |

Was Azrael rare/hard to find? I feel like I've seen him about as often as most of the other figures from that wave. If anything, Batman was the hard to find one around here.
I was thinking that was Bandai for some reason, but yeah, that was them. I still doubt they will, but I would love to see them release an Oracle figure. If not, there's probably a good chance of DCC doing one of her, and even if I don't get any of their other Arkham Knight figures, I would get an Oracle from them.

And I don't know if Azrael is hard to find or not, I was just congratulating him for finding one since he'd been looking for it. Now that I think about it, though, I can't think of the last time I saw one in person. Just Batman and Deadshot for the longest time. My Injustice Batman and Joker finally shipped! Really looking forward to getting Joker. I will, however, be trying to sell Batman. |

Yup for some reason Azrael was hard to find around here. Deadshot is the last of wave 1 I need to get now. Guess I've just been putting it off because of how often I see him.
I actually walked around Wal-Mart for about an hour with Deadshot in my hand one time but the checkout lines were all really long so I just walked away. |

Those look great, thanks for the pics. How did you get those so early, amazon? I've been wondering how that injustice batman would look. Are joker and batman prone to breaking like what I've heard of the other injustice figs?
azrael and deadshot kind of peg warmed around here, but catwoman is impossible for me to find. |

Anyways, I'm not surprised that most of the Multiverse figures don't have accessories. Most of the first two wave figures didn't have anything. Hopefully the figures shown at SDCC that had something with them retain those items for retail.

That doesn't surrise me. Hopefully, if they do a figure of her Arkham Knight design, it won't be in a multi-pack.

Every figure from waves 1 and 2 had an accessory except City Batman, Bane, and Deadshot. 3 of 12, and now we have 5 without any whatsoever. Seems like a big drop to me... Batman and Scarecrow from wave 3 are fine, the rest disappoint me. Two Face doesn't need it, but Red Hood and Robin... yeah, they suffer for it.

I'm not too worried about the lack accessories with these few figures. Scarecrow, Two-face, Batman, and Red Hood were not shown with accessories at SDCC. If losing a few guns mean we can have larger figures like Grundy, Croc, and Clayface, that's fine with me.

I'm not as concerned with red hood. I can add guns. Robins staff should be easy enough. I'd prefer batman came with a Batarang. It is the character specific accessories I care about like penguins umbrella or freeze's freezey gun. Green arrow needs a green bow but punisher just needs any gun. See what I mean?

Good character selection isn't an excuse for not having acessories. Having a collection of figures with one open hand and one fist but not a single accessory? We'll have characters that really need something like Freeze or Penguin and people won't like it. This cost cut will later hurt the line. Its not...? More characters equals an increase in cost so to balance the increase cost, subtract accessories... should they get rid of 3 characters or even 1 character so you can get a batarang, pistol, and a staff? All easily obtainable... gi joes come with a bunch of accessories and that line is dead... |

We're talking about Mattel here. The first two waves must have sold so well Mattel thought cutting the accessories wouldn't hurt them much since so many people love the line already. I didn't have to borrow a sword for Azrael, didn't have to use Sith lighting forArmored Batmam, I shouldn't have to start now. |

Mattel's DC Comics Display From SDCC 2014 - The Toyark - News I didn't notice that Red Hood was never shown holding guns. At least his hands are still sculpted to hold a pair! It also just occurred to me that I won't have to get that Arkham Knight, unless I happen to like the character a lot in the game. My only interest in the toy was to make a custom Red Hood, so that isn't necessary anymore, although ironically he is one of the upcoming releases that will have an accessory. |

Hmm. That sucks. Well, can his wrists turn? Maybe his hand can be popped off and replaced with a Joe hand.

I was just going to give him a big knife like the one he had in the animated movie anyway.
Also thanks for clearing up what that thing was by Black Mask's feet. I couldn't tell what the hell that was. Anyone got a clear pic of what the alt head looks like up close? And is anyone else going to swap his head with Joker's like in the game? |

What I meant: I don't mind these figures missing mundane accessories (guns) that could be easily replaced. I'm glad Mattel is not restricting the Dc Multiverse line to strictly 3.75 figures. |
