I know what you mean. I can't wait for the larger characters. It'd be cool to see Bane down the line.

I hope we get Ursa and Non..........any word if Mattel would just make Multiverse the catch all line or at least use it for the DC Animated movies?

I thought that's what Multiverse is supposed to be?? Aren't some of the figures from the recent Arkham animated movie? So far it is mostly Batman Multiverse.

Not that I've seen but I'd buy an Assault on Arkham Harley on sight.

Supposed to be? Yes... but this is Mattel we're speaking of.

I'd hope Mattel's smart enough that by the time the JL movie is gearing up to hit theaters all the characters involved in the cinematic DCU will be part of the line.

One wave of figures per movie would be great. Though not all the movies will have six figure-worthy characters, so maybe they could work-in some other figures into the waves. Like a Linda Carter WW figure in the wave for the Wonder Woman movie, or maybe some comic-based figures for an Aquaman wave.
That said, I'll be happy enough just to see some characters outside of the Bat-family and Superman's group. If nothing else, being able to assemble a complete cinimatic Justice League would be nice. Speaking of the larger figures they're doing for the Arkham stuff, that same size of figure could work for some potential future movie villains.

The Multiverse line comprises of DC costumed heroes as depicted in popular classic movies and currently popular video games. It appears to be up in the air as to whether it will also include costumed heroes who have appeared in TV series (e.g. Arrow and the new The Flash). |

I also don't think they'll be doing any more traditional Movie Masters. They seem to see that scale as dead to collectors. The Multiverse line would be a good way for them to do some Movie Master like figures, but in a scale they still have some interest in doing collector oriented figures in.

I don't think the accessories are as big a deal as they seem.
four of 12 had nothing.(bane, deadshot, batman v1, superman) 3 had accessories that hurt rather than helped (zod, azrael, batman v2) 2 had cool too have but needed acccesories ( batman v3,v4) and that leaves three where the accessories enhanced the figures. (penguin, catwoman, freeze) |

Got my Joker & Batman today. Pretty happy with Joker, he doesn't feel all that fragile despite being extremely articulated. DCC's stupid "dynamic" in-package pose has resulted in the wrist peg of his right hand getting stretched out and bent a little, so it's visible and kind of loose, but it's not a big deal I suppose. The legs feel a little frail, but it doesn't seem like anything will break. His left ankle is stuck and there's no way in hell I'll try to articulate it, though. It's fine as-is.
If anyone wants him, I'm looking to maybe sell Batman. I've got no interest in this version, I'm fine with the Mulitverse one I already own. I've never even removed this one from the plastic tray, so you can have the box and the cardboard diorama/stage backdrop as well. PM me if interested. I will say that Batman's head sculpt looks surprisingly good in person, which I didn't expect. |

Batman came in this morning. Pretty awesome but I'm still looking forward to the Origins version.
The Dynamic Duo together again. Sorry for the shitty pic but I can't seem to take one that isn't blurry as hell. I'm a little under the weather today. |

Ooh, nice! I don't like the in-game version of the AK suit, but I gotta say that the action figure looks really good for some reason - especially next to another member of the bat-family.

I can't say I'm a huge fan either (too Iron Man) but it's a pretty sweet little figure. Looks kinda like the New 52 meets TDK.
