Hey guys. Got a Fantasy Football league with some other collectors and we need one more to make it legit (have 7). We are each putting up one 3.75" figure and the winner will get the lot. If anyone here is interested let me know and I can send you an invite. The draft takes place tomorrow.

Despite being a Texan born and raised (the state gives more money to schools for football than it does our failing education) I've never been particularly fascinated by sports, especially football.

I speak German so I usually call the original sport Fussball (with two s because I don't care to switch my keyboard to German every time I want an esset or umlaut). I don't get why American-football is called football when you barely use feet to play, I feel like someone messed up a very long time ago and mixed the names. Soccer sounds like "sock 'em" (you know like rock 'em sock 'em robots) which implicates fighting, it stands to reason then that the contact sport which encourages physical tackling should have the fighting-sounding name. Beast played football in high-school, but I bet he would kick ass in fussball, he'd just grab the ball with his feet and run on his hands to the goal, I'm pretty sure that's legal, right?

Like I said before I don't really care for sports as a whole, so take anything I ever say on the matter as nonsensical and irreverent. Except for the bit about Beast, I really do believe he would be good. We should probably get back on topic.

Now that we have Rogue and sub par Bishop on the way, my top 2 wants are Pyro and Hellcat.

Russian: Omega Red, Rhino, Kravinoff family, Colossus and his family, Crimson Dynamo, Abomination (actually Yugoslavian which was Russian-communist territory), and more. Canadian: Wolverine, Deadpool, and Alpha Flight French: Batroc, Frenchie (Moon Knight's friend), and probably some others. Swiss: Arnim Zola Egyptian: Apocalypse, The Sphinx, and Akhenaten And a clutch of fictitious countries: Doctor Doom (east-central Europe around Hungary and Transylvania), Scarlet Witch and QS (eastern Eurpoe around Romania and Transylvania), and Black Panther (above Kenya and beneath Ethiopia). That's all I know off the top o' my head right now.

What about all the British heroes?
Yes; Hellcat,Tigra,Coulson,Jocasta and Gamora are my current top.five wants. I would settle for the first three though. I may get a nice Hellcat custom though, and I could make a Boss Fight Tigra easy enough as they have an all.Orange female with a tail hole already. Collison would be easy but I want a factory version and I am making a Jocasta now anyway. As for Gamora...we will EVENTUALLY get her in all her bad ass-ness soon enough. I have a soft spot for green chicks in bikinis carrying swords.

Britain: Captain Britain, Psylocke, Mister Sinister, High Evolutionary, Fantomex (though he pretends to be French), Spider-Woman, Blade (apparently he's British), Rachel Grey (holds an honorary citizenship which counts for something), and America (obviously America is the greatest hero that Britain ever created, because Stephen Colbert says we are)
Irish: the entire Cassidy family (the mutants, not Carnage he's American, American Psycho... that's a movie joke) Greek: Elektra, Morbius, Avalanche, Hercules and all Olympians Japan: Sunfire, Silver Samurai, Big Hero 6 (for what they're worth, they play very small roles, usually sidekicking for Sunfire), Surge, Daken, etc. Chinese: Mandarin, Radioactive Man, Shang Chi, Xorn (both of 'em), etc. Italian: Unus the Untouchable, and I'm sure there's more.

Ok my fellow collectors, I'm now getting out of the 3.75" game. 99% of my figures will be up for sale soon. It's just the crazy shortage around my way & I refuse to pay these crazy prices they're going for on ebay. I'm gonna take that cash & put into a few other projects I'm really wanting to get started.
