The head yes but if the body works I can swap the head out. And I've always preferred Lex's battlesuit to be bigger than just a guy in a Kryptonite Iron Man suit. More like he was in Injustice.
Basically trying to find something that will fit in with Injustice Superman but I won't have to paint. There are tons of figures like the IM2 Hulkbuster or comic and/or movie Iron Monger that would be perfect but they'd be a bitch and a half to paint.

Maybe you could use the shield mandroid, but use acetone to remove the shield logo from the front?

I used a painted zartan head on an Iron Man marine drone body.

What is this "ZEPPELIN"? Is it Arkham Knight?

Yeah, I just came here to ask about the Zeppelin listing. Just saw it a few minutes ago. Seems really odd, doesn't it? Arkham Knight would make sense, but then why would they use that as a placeholder name for him, and why is it in Harley's name as well? How weird.
A zeppelin vehicle would be awesome, though. I'd put it on a crash course with my TMNT blimp. |

Now that I've thought about it some more, I'm now sure that it's just an old codename for the Arkham Knight. As for what that would have to do with Harley. It's referring to this figure of her being based on her design in the Arkham Knight game.

Yeah. I'm not sure about the Arkham-verse specifically, but zeppelins have been used by the GCPD in the past. Given the Arkham Knight being a "militarized Batman", zeppelins could be a part of his force.

So disappointed in Harley's lack of elbow articulation. Going to wait and pick her up in the Date Night pack.

Those case packs sucks. Drives the prices up when you want to buy a set. Wish there was always at least 2 per case of everyone.

Testing out my new smartphone camera, and I thought I'd share shots of this. For those of you who don't already know, the Batpod model that came with a special collector's edition of "The Dark Knight" Blu-ray happens to be close to scale for 4" action figures.
--The tires of the Batpod model are only slightly larger than that of the front tires of the Mattel Tumbler toy for the 4" figures. So displayed together, the Batpod looks like it could come from the Tumbler. --The tires are a very hard rubber pulled over a plastic wheel. --Each tire has a plastic nub poking through with a screw hole in it; this is how the Batpod model is screwed onto the display base. Otherwise, the wheels themselves do rotate 360 degrees. So it would be possible to file down these nubs. --None of the Mattel 4" Batman figures can be posed to sit on this Batpod model, of course.* In these photos, I took a Microman Batman 4" figure to seat on the Batpod. * - The exception may be the 4" Batman that comes with the Attack Armor Bat-Pod toy, which was designed to be seated forward. --Overall, this Blu-ray collector's version of the Batpod looks better than the version Mattel released in relation to their 4" figure TDK/TDKR line (Attack Armor Bat-Pod). It complements the Mattel Tumbler much better. Last edited by thewriteguy; 11-23-2014 at 02:35 AM.. Reason: Additional information |

Unfortunately it isn't cheap to get this Blu-ray Batpod. But occasionally, a deal pops up on eBay.

I really don't care for the Nolan vehicle designs at all.

I concur, especially in regards to "the bat" [wing]. I do like his batsuit designs and grapple gun, though. Bane and Catwoman? Meh. Scarecrow, Ra's, Joker, Two Face, Gordon and Alfred were all great. Batcave fell short of my expectations. The second Rachel's demise was no loss. I couldn't wait for her part to end. Overall, Nolan did great work on his trilogy, but Tim Burton's 1989 Batman will always hold a special place in my heart, notwithstanding its flaws. I still love those Batmobile and Batwing versions, and the casting of Jack Nicholson was genius.

Yeah, Nolan's designs are a personal taste. Personally I dig his "real" world take on Bats. I was thinking of the fellow collector on this thread who showed us how he took a Burton Batwing model and modified it into a suitable toy for 4" figs. It got me thinking of other model vehicles that could be used for this purpose.
So it just happens that the Bat-pod that comes with that collector edition of TDK Blu-ray looks far, far better than the Bat-pod toy Mattel released for their 4" line. (The only one I am aware of is the Armor Attack Bat-Pod.) Last edited by thewriteguy; 11-23-2014 at 02:42 AM.. |

I cane across Joker and Harley in the Danvers MA Walmart. Left an Origins Batman on the peg.Register wasnt able to find it in their system. Had to input manually. No Black Mask.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the final result! Any possibility that you may look into converting a Burton Batmobile model for 4" figures?
