D day and bmorr those are some great pics. I bet that dragon man could fetch a fortune and that agent venom IS sick! I use megator for a Thor villain/ enchantress goon too.
I saw some Thor dark world figures at big lots for $8... No elves tho. Really a shame they didn't release some GOTG movie figs with at least that level of detail and articulation.... Woulda been a hot item. |

I know what you mean, I only found one at a random store in the mall after the movie came out. Good news is I went today to Big Lots and picked up two more dark elves. They had a ton of Thor figures there, also picked up a Loki.

As we're probably not getting Emma til the end of next year, I thought I'd put one together.
Torso & legs - ROC Baroness Forearms - Medical frigate Princess Leia Coat - TVC Bespin Leia Head - Order of the Phoenix Hermione Hair - Ultimate Thor The skin tones between head and body don't match yet, but I'm working on that. The Hermione head has a kind of a pissed off expression, and a translucent look that I think Frost would have. First Class definitely didn't do her justice, and now she's dead in movie continuity. She was better in Wolverine and the X-Men animated series. |

A lot of people think that, but she actually does have a shirt it, it's just a pale pink. And she has shorts on too but Psylocke's sword was kinda blocking them. My favorite part of it is the face repaint, the hasbro version was terrible with that chola lipstick, and derpy eyes.

THANK YOU for sharing. Unfortunately I don't have any decent pics of Captain Marvel/Photon, but I'll try to get some ASAP I really like showing what could be with marvel universe, it's a shame they are obviously focusing on legends and running MU into the ground. The potential is so much better with MU and the ability to mix in joe and Star Wars figures is so awesome. Legends kind of suck to me honestly, take up too much room, sculpts are either ok, or fugly as hell, and I really dislike the ab crunch on action figures. The things customizers do with the existing inventory should be a giant wake up call to hasbro that MU scale is where it's at. But instead they are letting Dwight Stall and his obvious distain for MU ruin a great thing. And focus on legends that will never see any of my money

Happy I could help!!! Like I said, patience is key, channel your inner zen. I know a lot of people don't or won't collect customs, and I really don't understand it. The level of detail often exceeds the quality of what a factory assembly line can produce. I have nearly every figure that the MU/Infinite line has released, and the only ones I don't have are by choice, like say a Doc Sampson. A character I can't care enough about to spend money on. My collection is ridiculous, not only do I have almost every figure loose, but I also have a carded counterpart. I used to only collect loose, but then I got on forums and started seeing the moc only folks and got super nutty and decided to have both. The whole point of toys is to play with them, for them to be opened and interacted with. I understand the want to have the figures on card, because I have them as well, but only having a moc collection is a little sad. Now I don't have a lot of the "rare" figures out there on card, glossy this vs shiny that, long hair vs short hair, white shirt vs black shirt, reverse card art and so on and so fourth. And I'm not saying I wouldn't want to own those figures. But I don't have the connections to get those at an affordable price, and I'm not interested in getting scalped to all hell just to own them. I'd love to own the carded Moonknight/Antman pack and things like that, but it's just not in the cards for me. I've focused more on owning the best customs I can. To me, they are worth more than any rare figure out there, because in most cases, it's the only one that exists. Take this Bloodshed figure For instance. It's hard for me to pick a favorite anything when the question is asked, food, movie, action figure etc. Because I have so many awesome figures (hasbro releases, and customs) that it's hard to pick one. But when I first laid eyes on it, I was entranced. Go figure that a relatively obscure character turns out to be quite possibly the best action figure I've ever seen. The detail on this figure is unreal, I pinch myself every time I see it because I can hardly believe I own it. And the best part? It's the only one in the whole world, what's rarer than that? Saying that figure is the finest I've ever seen because I also own this jewel. When I commissioned it I never imagined it would be this awesome. It has individually articulated fingers, a feature I never thought possible on a 1:18 scale figure. They were, I imagine painstakingly added, by the maker. And the mask was also, masterfully hand crafted, and added an amazing feature to an already phenomenal figure. A figure hasbro has released hundreds of times, yet failed to get right once. With what is happening to our beloved MU line, customs are going to be the only way to get quality figures from here on out. Unless they come to their senses over there and decide to recommit to the greatest action figure line ever.

'nuff said, true believers.
I can type for all of England about MU, I am at a total loss for words. I love the WHOLE spectrum here...from regulars guys, to MONDO diorama builders, the GREATEST custom collector, the complete completist of compleshinism, and even my little self who buys the same expensive figure for a HYDRA army(that I cant really afford one of) but wound up with 32 of them and think it isnt enough! We have day one collectors and guys that JUST started.A hardcore comic genius encyclopedia, guys that got into it from watching cartoon with their children, even guys that hide them from their wives!...what a place!

D-Day, both of those last two are Supertom, right? I am so jealous of his skill. I never realized that one had individually articulated fingers!
