One of the things legends fans never talk about is the great diorama bases that Toy Biz gave....I try my best to collect them and display them appropriately. I love the Punisher series 4 base a lot. Actually MArvel Select still makes stellar bases....which are ofter better suited for legends rather than Selects. |

I'd be leery of WBCollect... my last two orders from them were screwed big time. They apparently have a problem actually shipping orders out. A TF Windblade I pre-ordered from them waaaaaay back didn't ship for months even after they got it in stock (FINALLY got sent out after numerous ignored emails), and I currently have a PP dispute with them for giving me a tracking number for a figure that somehow still hasn't made it to the post office almost a month later. I was a big customer of there's up until these issues, and now I've just deleted them as a go-to store completely. They also have a problem actually responding to emails. Good luck.

I want the Avengers wave to pop up on Amazon. That's how I got my Guardians of the Galaxy. Didn't need to hunt for anything. It was perfect!

From what I've read on various forums, that's their MO... you'll have several smooth transactions, then all of a sudden, stuff just starts falling apart. I had tons of orders go really well, but just recently they started screwing things up.

Here is my Legends and Universe figures, some old ones too. I don't think I ever posted them but here they are. Theres a few in the back you can't see, but I did this because someone at work asked to see my figures so I posted them on my Tumblr to show off. The full size is here

Angela? The original is perfect. She can hang with Lady Gamora and her brother Thor perfectly

I found the whole set of Guardians Of The Galaxy figures today. I was surprised to find Rocket Raccoon and Nova as I'd never seen them for sale before in my area:
Star Lord Iron Man Drax Gamora Rocket Raccoon Nova

Love the attitude a figure can be given by just a simple handswap. The old hand and fist combo just wasn't working for Emma. Anyone have both Jean Grey and Medusa? I'd love to see a handswap between those two.

Anyway, Heads Up, guys! Found these Spidey wave figures here in Manila and they are sold for around USD 40 as a set (yep, for 7 figs including the BAF!) lol! Got some issues with the figs but still, same features as the Marvel Legends Got these figures lately. |

I am so cheap...I just need Drax and his BAF to complete my groot and finish off my Guardians wave, but I keep insisting on getting it below 15 dollars....here's hoping for some black friday magic.
I should count my Mcfarlanes one day...I must have 20 by now....still love that body. Wish Hasbro will re-use it again. Since the year is almost up my favorite Marvel Legends this year was, Superior Spiderman. Nice sculpt, great articulation and included hands. THa paint was hit of miss on the head though. I wanted to say Movie Caprain America, but I hate the Hasbro boots. Characters like Cap and Winter have trouble bending ankles forward which lints the poses. Anyone have their favorite legends? |

I actually like the new rocker ankle system, but to each their own... I'd have to say though, my favorite Marvel Legend overall would probably be the super-posable Spider-Man that came from the first Sam Raimi Spidey film (I count the movie lines too if they're up to ML standards, haha.) I remember when I got him for my birthday, I must've been about 9 back then (I'm a pretty young guy), and since this was my first Toybiz figure, I couldn't believe how posable he was, and I was floored by the amount of detail they packed into him! Not to mention that cool gargoyle display he came with...
I have must be like 15 of the Spiderman 1 and 2 figures....they are so good. Hard to believe no one brags about them as much as the McFarlane. So many joints and so much customizing can be done. Obviously I mean customizing for more spiderman looks. I usually look at some spiderman art and try to do customs based on the artist drawings. The only part I find sort of defeating is trying to pait the spiderman symbols again. Still sucky at that. But those figures are amazing still. They cam with so much accessories. I am currently collecting bases as much as I can. I am trying to get all those Spidey bases I can. They are fantastic. The Gargoyle, the lamp posts, the street lights, heck the pizza bike....just wow. |
