My 3.75" AOU Avengers are ready!
Still have to clean up some paint but I get excited easily. Cap is a Frankenstein of TWS and 5POA parts, with some sculpting added for details. Added coat tails to Hawkeye and small additions for Black widow. |

Target priced matched HTS price of $9.99 on MI PLUS Target's BOGO Half off sale, got Bishop, Black Cat, Sandman, and Spiderman for about $8.50 each.

My 3.75 AoU Black Widow showed up to my Office today, she's pretty cool for a repaint. Her paint is surprisingly very good. the only thing missing are the batons and the red on her stingers

*swoon* Those pics are great! I'm envious of your multiple Dark Elves and Frost Giants.
Also, that head swap for Legolas looks perfect Last edited by UrsaMagnus; 03-31-2015 at 08:20 PM.. |

En Sabah is right. Someone from India and Pakistan is the common term for Asian here in Britain. Even on government forms, a person of East Asia decent is simply known as Chinese British even if they are from Japan or Korea. In non official documents the term "oriental" is used as a blanket word to not offend. Seems backwards to me but hey, what do I know. But yeah, I agree with you Kernal.
So Sir Ben is of Asian British heritage. But yeah, the could not have used someone from China as that is now 30% of the cinema market so all studios now shy away from Chinese villains. Also, they were going to use someone from the Middle East, but due to anti Muslim propaganda fear mongering, they went a different route. There are rumours that we have yet to see the last of Mandarin in the MCU and the actor cover may have been a diversion according to statements the cast and crew have said. We will see.... They are leaving the door open to come back to that because it was hinted at in the first movie that the real mandarin/ten rings organization is around. Ironman 3 used the impostor and the leader of AIM picked up on the rumors to use for his own ends, but the real one has yet to be fully developed in story and probably won't until after Infinity War unless it comes up over in Agents of SHIELD. So yeah. It was only a 'stall tactic' until they can better figure out how to integrate that character into the MCU. His 'alien jewelry' is awfully close to the infinity stones as it is though, so it may be awhile before they dabble into that story too much. I do eventually expect a hands of mandarin and armor wars MCU story though. Ironman 3 set up both, but who knows if they'll use those outlying aspects from the films. |

can anyone explain why marvel hasbro have not released a 3.75 beyonder.seems quite stupid to me that they can go release a bunch of secret wars 2 packs, but NOT release a toy version of the stories main protagonist.are legal reason behind the non release???

Ukmu, the best version of RULK in my humble opinion is this ..
Its a mashup made by KDUB for me . Its the body of The Heroes Age one and the head of the first (non-glossy) version..when I get a chance I'll send ya a non flash version of the pic |

Cool idea.... I still need an Absorbing Man as well. I want the top half of the two pack for the metal bit, and the single carded bottom for his black and white trousers.
All this kit bashing gets ridiculous and expensive quickly.
