Hopefully with Deadpool coming out next year alongside X-Men: Apocalypse we'll be given two X-related waves. That way we can receive a massively needed Domino redo, a modern Cable and some others, which leaves the heavy hitters (Rogue, Havok, Magik, Kitty Pryde, another Nightcrawler) to be revisited in the X-Men wave.

for example Iron man mark 7 wasn't made, but a good awful mark 6 was as battle damaged for the avengers movie.... I don't know what Hasbro is doing but they don't gives lets say "up to date" figures especially AOU so we have the hulk-buster cool but not the latest iron man suit. Arguably they do but like i said with the avengers movie 1 we didn't get a mark 7 Either that or they don't think the figure will sell well or trying to get other figures out there like tiger-shark and bulldozer |

i believe he was referring to the movie trailer. and yes i know yellow jacket was hank pym for awhile, but in the movie i believe it's supposed to be a male character as well. i just happen to see the trailer this past weekend when i went to go see AOU.

Well they seem to have tried to keep the design for Yellowjacket under wraps for a long time, so maybe Hasbro did not have enough lead time on it. We may end up with one of him and possibly the Iron Man Mk 45 from AoU in the Civil War line?? I am not holding my breath because they still have not put out that Pepper as Rescue figure, or the movie Mandarian or that new mold of the Silver Centurion IM armor they showed a couple years back. BUT we are finally getting the War Machine Mk II that was shown with the same figures, alongside Bulldozer and Tigershark, so sometimes if you wait long enough you might see it.

Seriously though, I know it's nice that we're receiving lesser knowns, but it's borderline sacrilegious that the only Rogue figure out there was the terror from 2003, and the massively niche (and expensive) X-Treme figure. She's one of the most popular Marvel characters out there, and neither Toybiz nor Hasbro have delivered a decent figure of her. |

In reguards to Rogue, Would you rather see the Wolverine swap one come out in her newer costume or would you rather have a new version of 90's Jim Lee era Rogue??? If given the choice I will take the 90's era version of almost every x-man character. I still want Havok and Polaris in the blue gold jackets!! Build a figure of Strong Guy and a Multiple Man in coat w/ headpiece with swap head of hair showing and toss in a Wolfsbane for a 5 pack and you would have my money.
I mean we finally got Jean and Archangel in 90's era a few years back so I can still hope. AND WHERE IS PROFESSOR X IN HOVER CHAIR????? Make it just like the 3.75 only bigger and you are golden!! Last edited by Phantomcrow; 05-05-2015 at 12:53 PM.. |

The tooling for the Wolverine wave one is probably done so if we see any it will be that one. But I agree 90s FTW.

Personally I'm not a fan of the costume in the Wolverine wave, and the figure is too skinny for a Rogue. I'd love to see either her Marvel Now/Uncanny Avengers look or a 90's redo on the new, bulkier body.
I would love Hasbro to redo some of the lackluster 90's X-Men figures we received (Psylocke anyone?), but if we had to choose, I'd go with the modern looks every time. Not the biggest Jim Lee fan, and the writing was god-awful in the 90's (Lobdell had his moments). |

Of the 3 ML lines left this year I am sure I am the only person who wants all the Villains most. #1 is Bulldozer to complete the Wrecking Crew, then 3 Chameleon (need one for each JJJ and Hammerhead heads) Blizzard, Tiger Shark and Grim Reaper. I will also say Kraven because he is a good upgrade from the Toy biz one.
I love bad guys and someday hope they get a classic or modern Whiplash made and also Dreadknight. Heroes always come second for me. Villains and anti heroes come first. |

I'll buy 2 Chameleons, but I'm not sure I will buy three. I have a Movie Ra's figure from Mattel in the suit, so I might try to do something to fit a Hammerhead head on that body since he is not as tall as Chameleon.

while i know all of us only want certain figures, the problem lies with the stores that sell them. i know in my area the hobgoblin wave still hasn't been released even thought it's been available for quite some time online.
as of now FINALLY i seen the thanos wave at my local TRU store. so in all reality our only 2 options are to either wait it out at stores local to us to just pick and choose which ones we want, or order a case from either hasbro,BBTS or any other big online store that sells them by the case. i know i'd still be waiting if i didn't order the hobgoblin wave a month ago. |

The other two are harder to guess. I'd say Marvel Now Iron Man for the Avengers wave, but then they've already got two armored figures. Maybe they'll end up going with Vision due to the exposure the character has gotten recently. My money is on Iron Man though. The Ant-Man wave will have two double-packed figures (or, God forbid, three movie Ant-Man figures). Of course, one will be movie Ant-Man. I would guess the other will be comic Giant Man. Anyone have any guesses to the contrary? |

The head belongs to the water squirter action figure movie Sue Storm. Just a word of caution though its not just a simple head swap as the neck pegs are different the gimmicky one has ball joint and the base body I have there has the triangular/mushroom peg, so I ended up making a Ball Joint for that head swap, shouldnt be hard just time consuming.
