She's one of Marvel's 70's street-level characters, part of Heroes for Hire, and very closely associated with characters such as Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Shang Chi.
Unfortunately, she's the only one of the bunch that has not received a push in recent years (Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Spider-Woman and Doctor Strange all received a huge push by Brian Bendis, and Shang Chi received one by Hickman). If she had, she might have been given a Netflix series alongside the others! |

Got her for 25.00 no accessories though but I have alot of weapon fodder. Prefer this version than the Hulkbuster BAF Valkyrie.

I just posted this on another forum while discussing the possibilty of X-Men Marvel Legends next year. I'd love to get your opinions on this, guys. Maybe we can come to a collective prediction and see if it comes true next year.
I'll post in another comment. |

So my guess at the ML lines next year.
Another Spider-Man Legends is inevitable. As is a Captain America Legends wave, mixing comic & movie figures to tie in to Civil War. And just going by the trend of new Marvel Studios movies spawning dedicated Legends waves like the GotG and Ant Man ones, I predict a Dr Strange Legends wave. Those I would assume are a lock. Dr Strange supporting his own wave seems a bit out there, but so would have GotG, and they sold well. Plus it'd be a great opportunity to get a classic Strange, movie Strange, Wong, Baron Mordo, Mephisto... maybe Surtur BAF. Hasbro have done 3 Avengers waves, 2 Spideys waves and an Ant Man wave so far. With possibly another Spidey wave on the way. I'll count 6 as a minimum. So there are 3 slots left. I'd assume they'll do another Spidey wave because he's a big seller, and there's 2 this year with no movie either. They could do another singular Avengers wave based on their all-time popularity, but I'd also assume that Daredevil could get his own Legends wave. His Netflix series was incredible, and the next season will be huge. The other movies are Deadpool (Feb), X-Men Apocalypse (May) and Gambit (November). All Fox-owned movies. So I'd assume no tie-in figures. Gambit clashes with Dr Strange in release date (as does X-Men Apocalypse with Civil War). And Gambit wouldn't be able to support a line himself. X-men Apocalypse would be the best time to release a new X-men Legends wave. But with Cap out then, and the Fox boycott, unlikely to do a tie-in wave. Maybe a later release like the TRU wave in August (but not in the same way...). I'd say this stands the best chance to get X-Men Legends out if there ever was one. Now Deadpool is curious. Fox-made movie, but Marvel continues to market Deadpool, and his comic remains a big seller. But I doubt there'd be a Deadpool wave out because of Marvel's animosity towards Fox. I'm going out on a limb and say that Deadpool will have a new Legends figure out in the Spider-Man Legends wave in Feb/March. So my final guess is this: - Spider-Man Legends (with a Deadpool figure): Jan/Feb - Daredevil Legends (with a new Punisher): March - Captain America Legends (April) - X-Men Legends (June) - Spider-Man Legends wave 2 (August) - Dr Strange Legends (October) And some sort of box set around July/August. Avengers-based. I want an all-classic original members set. |

Hasbro can easily make an x-men wave to their advantage with either a new body mold deadpool figure. i think fox owns not as much as sony does with spider-man. Also Fox doesnt know the fan base of deadpool, since the leaked footage it got green lit, its going to change fox forever and possibly their biggest movie out of the other 2 x-related films, also it being an R-rated film might lower the younger audience, so that might be their downfall, but then look at blade and punisher with their movies being really good and im thinking the same with deadpool. Plus Sales of it when it comes to blu-ray and dvd and other merchandising will give fox more money. |

I agree with much of what TheXtremisT has said, except I don't think we'll get an X-Men wave. Though it's quite possible we may still see Deadpool and Wolverines at times. Given their popularity I think it's possible Marvel will approve/allow those two to be exceptions.
I think though instead of an X-Men wave we'll see another generic Marvel Universe or Avengers-centric wave. I'll tell you now I'm really hoping we get Mockingbird and Enchantress out of this. And now with Misty Knight rocking that hair we now have an afro in the sculpt. Maybe we'll get lucky and see a Monica Rambeau (sp) figure of some type. Though the non-afro hairstyle she had in Mighty Avengers would suit me just fine as well. But yeah I agree with six waves: and 2 Spider-man waves, a Daredevil, a Dr. Strange, a Captain America and just replace that X-men wave with Avengers/MU. |

I just hope the next Spider-Man wave gives us two main villains of his. I really want Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Mysterio the most.

Considering at SDCC Dwight or Jesse (I forget which) said there would be no X-Men Legends figures before 2016, many took this as there will be some next year. I just took it to be there may be some, and if there are it'll be that year, not before (which is what I think he was trying to say).
It'd be stupid for them not to allow X-Men Legends next year, since we have kind of 3 X-universe related movies. You never know. |

The funny thing is, Marvel are really trying their darnedest to shoe-horn the Inhumans in place of the X-Men for the past couple of years, but the Inhuman comics just aren't selling. Sure, the first couple of issues get around the 60,000 mark, but then they plummet. Hopefully Marvel realises soon that they can promote the Inhumans AND still have the X-Men co-existing as they have done for the past 50 years.
When this happens, then perhaps we can start asking for a redo of Jim Lee Rogue, or a modern Havok, or Polaris, or Strong Guy, or Jamie Madrox... |

I'm sitting here wondering when Hasbro will wise up and give us a Madrox Multi Pack. Like 3 or 4 Madrox's in a set. I'd buy 10 haha

Exactly. Forget Hydra and AIM agents, Madrox would make them a fortune! Have three different head sculpts and a couple of different hands and they're set. I am with you on buying dozens of those, my fan sense tingles at the idea of having 40 Madrox figures storming a diorama!

The R-Rating alone guarantees it's not likely to do as well as the next Wolverine or X-Men: Apocalypse. Deadpool is popular with geeks, but geeks don't make up that much of the overall moviegoing audience. Anyway, we might get X-Men legends of some sort next year, but from what I'm hearing from other quarters, Disney/Marvel really IS putting the complete kibosh on any merchandise licensing for X-Men and Fantastic Four. So maybe not. Basically Disney is refusing to give free advertising for Fox's movies. |

Looks like there will be a new poll at SDCC for an upcoming Marvel Legend:
"Going to San Diego Comic-Con this year? Visit the Hasbro Booth (#3213) to vote for the next epic Marvel Legends figure to be created by Hasbro that you can add to your collection. There will be one round of voting each day, Thursday and Friday from 11:30am-Noon as well as Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 12:30. Choose from characters the likes of Mysterio, The Hood, Nebula, Darkhawk, Sif, Executioner and many, many more. Following Comic-Con, the four winners from each of the four days will be announced on Marvel.com and you will be able to vote for your favorite online. The decision is in your hands. Visit the gallery below to see all the great characters who could potentially be the next Hasbro Marvel Legends figure!" I feel bad for Hasbro in a way, since it seems they can't do X-Men and F4 characters, how deep they have to go to find options. Some of these are good and I'ms ure all have fans but...Ulik? Borr? Cosmo? Disir? Wow just wow. ANd I do sincerely apologize if I've offended any fans of these characters I just....have no words. On the other hand some options are good. I would like to see any of the The Hood, Nebula, Quasar, Angela, Mysterio or Executioner be made. But wow this seems heavy towards cosmic and GOTG. The Hood and Nebula would be my personal picks I think. |

My top five choices have got to be: Executioner,Sif,Malekith,Hood, and Ulik. But then I'm a fan of Asgardian and street level characters.

Probably best to say we won't get any new FF figures with that movie coming out next month I take it...

With so many of these falling into either the Asgardian or Cosmic categories, I could see the rest being put into future Marvel Legends waves. |

That's a good point I suppose. And it sounds like only one is for sure being made (though it may end up being more than that out of the final four selections). Without backing and confirmation of support of the character they wouldn't take a risk on some of these otherwise. In looking at it that way, I guess I'm a little surprised to see Sam Nova and Mysterio on there.

Yep, Hasbro seems to try and stack the deck sometimes in their polls. During their Legends poll for the 2-pack both Deadpool and Hulk were in the running against characters like Brother Vodoo, Constrictor, and Nuke. Obviously, Hulk and Deadpool made it. |

Though some are kinda out there these are the types of characters that should be in a fan poll, characters that would have little to zero chances of making it without fan support.

Mysterio is the only one I would vote for on that list.
Ultron - Pretty awesome but for some reason only certain areas of his body are painted silver. WTF? Also, his legs can't go out very far. Giant Man - The paint apps are just all over the place. I had black paint on his stomach, it's smeared around his legs, the paint is off in some places, it just looks bad. Bulldozer - Paint apps are great, but he uses the odd hip joints with the ball you have to rotate to move up to down or left to right like Hulk does. Tigershark - WTF Hasbro?! His torso is molded in purple plastic so it is painted in an orange color that not only does NOT match the orange plastic for the rest of the body, but they also only painted one coat over it, so you can still see the purple underneath. Think Hellcat's lower legs but for an entire body.

I agree with Kain...finally another honest guy who calls Hasbro out.
I found Giantman digustingly cheap....Ultron is a mindF#ck...what a disaster of a figure if I were to be critical. I call Bulldozer hips the prototype hip joints to the one Hasbro currently uses to save mmoney...I mean to "improve" their legends aesthetics. |
