Ok so I am no great customizer. IDK If you can even classify doe of these as customs. I'm a big fan of a simple head swap or a kit bash. I can & have done the vice trick to split a chest. Basically I'm just to lazy to paint. Just want to share my ideas here for you guys to see. Thanks for taking a look. & if someone has done this or something similar, then my bad. I'm not trying to take credit. Just sharing what I have done.
I just simply swapped out the lower arms & legs of the AA Red Skull with the Winter Soldier Red Skull. Then did the hot glue head fix.

Just added a harness from Vortious Custom Accessories. I put the wave 1 legs & Comic pack belt on. Simple head swap. I liked the Thor in the 3 pack we'll never get. Steve Rogers lower legs added. Changed left hands with a wave 1 Bullseye I liked the pants from the carded release. So I cracked him open and took the changing parts from the Secret Wars pack. IMHO the SDCC Thanos is the best put of all 3 versions. But I wasn't a fan of the transparent gauntlet. I swapped out with the regular MU Version.

AA Black Widow head & Lower legs on the MU body. Everyone has seen this by now. SHS Head, Lower arms & Legs on a MU Spidey. I used the TRU Amazing Spider-Man & Friends spidey.

My current projects. The Cap is almost done. Just need to get some balls or find someone to do the headswap for me. Wolverine is my ever going quest to make him thicker and short as hell. The lower arms are from Retaliation Roadblock while the hands and lower legs are from patch. I just need to get a set of x-23 boot buckles Wolverine next to others to show size. The other figures are quick swaps I did as well. AA Widow head on Phoenix, Kitbash Sue Storm & SDCC Zemo Head & fur on single back Zemo. The single pack pink was way to dark and over washed.

These look really good. Sometimes a simple parts swap can make all the difference.

Thanks. I really don't have the balls or proper small tools to start cutting and sculpting like these guys can. I'm willing to try paint but again I'm still a fan of a good kit bash.

Well there are plenty of tutorials out there and it just takes time and practice. I will suggest this though, if you do decide to start painting, always scrub your figures in hot soapy water to get the factory residue off the figure and always use acrylic paint.

Just a suggestion on the Captain America, if you don't want to sculpt it, you could use either the head from the same figure you got the lower arms and legs from or even a head from the the First Avenger line. If the heads are too big, you could put a bit of super glue inside the head or on the neck ball.

The neck joints are not the same size the newer head would have to be drilled out but would wind up sitting up too high to even use the glue properly. I hit up supertom because he did this custom & he actually cut the neck from the newer cap off and installed on the older body. I may just have him do it for me. lol. Thanks for the input though.

No problem. While I wasn't clear about it, I mainly suggested doing the glue if you would use the head from the first Cap movie line. Dremeling out the new MU Cap head would work but that requires a dremel and proper tools.

I have 22 Retaliation Cobra Troopers that need some Green & Yellow. They should be good practice.

Hobgoblin is just a head swap with the 3.75" spider-man line. I added Deathloks holster & the belt form the Age of Thunder Thor. I really had to heat that up to stretch over Ares big ass. I plan to get the arm & sword from Vortious Customs.

Any form of customization, no matter how minor, is still a cool thing to do. And head and shoulders above people that just sit and look at a fig on a shelf. (which is OK, its just really cool to d something with them.)

- Bishop has the lower arms from ROC Heavy Duty & Hands fro the 50th Destro. I really want an extra Cable body to do a full rework but I can't even score a Cable for my collection. - Blade is a Marauder Task Force Body & Grenade loop on left leg. I put 2 of the throwing blades from Bullseye in the loops fits perfectly. The rest is all MU Blade except the pistol which is also from Marauder. - Nick Fury is the Ironman GI Joe Fury head on a MTF body with a Avengers fury Jacket. I think he's pretty freaking awesome.

Here is the Wolverine compared to the Captain America in the Disk Wars line. He's short among the short figures. And here's a picture of the Cap from that line next to Baron Zemo just to show how short Cap is. So, ya, that Wolverine is pretty damn small! And with some of your modifications, I think you can make him into Puck's slightly older cousin.

Thanks, I love the Marauder Task Force Figures. I wanna get in on the Kickstarter that's going on for the female bodies. I will take a look at these disk wars figures.

- Union Jack has Steve Rogers arms, legs & chest belt thing. This is seriously one of my fav figs now. I think he looks awesome. - Black Panther, Nova lower legs & AA BW bracelets. - Loki was just me messing around & I think it looks cool enough for me to keep. SDCC Baron Zemo hands, belt & feet with Mysterio's legs. Mysterios legs were actually supposed to go on the newer Iron Fist but I don't have him yet.
