I really want this, but it is sounding like with the wings and the stand it is gonna be boxed and cost as much as the 65$ Otachi figure from Pacific Rim. I will have it because I have all the other Gremlins but where is the Female Gremlin????? I would still like a Veggie Gremlin, but I feel like if they can make the Bat then the Female should not be hard since they already had a prototype.

The Spider Gremlin was like $60 when it was new so this makes sense. I find it funny how many people on Twitter are saying "can we get the church top too?" That would more than double the already higher price. Otachi (I prefer land version) and the 24" Godzilla have been my only true deluxe figures from NECA so far and I'd say they are definitely worth the higher price for the size and more importantly high quality.

This guy is definitely a gorgeous figure, and has always been my favorite Gremlin. It's too bad he didn't survive long enough to get wet though, as many winged Gremlins flying around in the daytime would've been hilarious.

I got to see the movie accurate one in person. It looked pretty rad.

Does BBTS have membership deals that take an additional percentage off of their listed prices? Do they have really good shipping costs compared to the competition? I've been wondering why they commonly charge an extra 5%-10% more than most other popular spots on the Web for the same, exact product.
Just curious.

BBTS doesn't have any special memberships. Their prices on a lot of items will generally come in below the MSRP. But, by how much (or at all) depends on the product, how much of that product they're ordering, how quickly they are shipping it to the warehouses and if and how they can offset costs. Places like EE can afford to offset some of their costs by selling higher profit margin items (how Walmart does it as well).

Think of it like the old Printer and Printer Ink dilemma. You can buy a new printer for $30 (no profit), but the ink for that printer is going to cost you $45 to $60 (profits which offset cost of selling printer).

I totally get it. It was just odd seeing Wal-mart & geek boutique shops being seen as similar in any way.
