He is pretty much the top when it comes to classic old school Hulk, But I have always held a top spot for me for the Smart Hulk classics figure with the removable glasses and black tank top. I grew up with Peter David Hulk around the Smart Hulk/ Night time Grey Hulk era. I have Hulk 372 (return of Green Hulk) and 377 first print ( fusion of Green/Grey/Banner into smart Hulk) both signed buy David.

Seems to be a knock off of this old FF Movie figure. I still have this casual Thing movie figure myself and I still think is it a good figure.
Fantastic Four Movie Series 5 Power Punch Thing Figure Toy Biz | eBay I also notice that the Ultron knockoff says Ben Grimm not The Thing, a loophole maybe??? Last edited by Phantomcrow; 11-23-2015 at 07:28 PM.. |

Looks like a bootleg of a pretty hard to find FF Movie Thing figure:
How much did you pay for it, if you don't mind my asking?

Oh man, that really sucks If you want though, I could take him off your hands and try to fix him up or use him for a custom idea I have, I could pay you for him too

This is a rather special find. While not exactly 'action figures', I guess it fits up there with the 12" scale figures.
My Grandmother passed last year and this past weekend we went to clear out her storage that was on her property that was being rented. My Grandmother was a doll maker. She had her own copyrights as well as hundreds of molds. She taught doll making classes and even I, yes, made a few dolls in my younger years. She was also a collector and had many Barbie and other collectable dolls from over the years. Well I remember the year the Michael Jackson dolls came out and I was like ... 11 years old? Well she bought me one and a few for herself. I wanted the 'Thriller' version and she got the others in the series. The past few years I kept asking her where these MJ dolls were and she kept telling me she sold them all. Quote:
My MJ Thriller was taken from me in the 2003 fires
Another cool find that I knew she had but thought she may have sold all of them, was the 1983 Galoob Mr.T doll. I remember all the A-TEAM stuff I had growing up but like most stuff we had as kids, who knows what happened to it all. It was fun finding these and brings back many memories. It's funny how a toy can bring a smile to your face |

I kept saying I was sure I saw them in her closet and she probably stored them in one of her sheds. Well after this weekend I found that she did sell them ... all but ONE! I found the 'Beat It' version and cant tell you how excited I was. Now I know there probably aren't that many, if any, Michael Jackson fans here or even think much of the 'doll', but this brings back so many memories and I'm just glad to have found at least one of them. That's awesome RAF!
I would totally buy a set in 6" form if they ever made them. Good quality of course. I seriously want to play with that Batmobile hahaha If anything, the packaging looks pretty nice as well. |

The Ministry of Darkness was perhaps my favorite Taker gimmick, so I was thrilled to finally get my hands on it! Ahh...the Ministry of Darkness. Those were the days. Shame on you for what you have become WWE... Also found a nice surprise at Hot Topic, scoring an Anti-Venom POP! |

Appreciate all the feedback
It was a mixed feeling day for sure but finding these figures was definitely and up-lifter. The fact that they were in 2 boxes in the rafters that we almost forgot (slightly hidden) it was like someone told me to look up I also found about 100LBS worth of Beanie Babies, Bammers and Bamm Beanos as well as about 40 of those Taco Bell Chihuahua promo dogs LOL Last edited by PlayTime; 11-24-2015 at 11:36 PM.. |
