It's the Marvel Now! Deadpool outfit, which became the uniform for Deadpool's Heroes For Hire in the relaunch. So the accessories could easily be heads for 2-3 other characters.
It would never be the movie version, though. Not only does Disney not get much revenue from the movie, they have to share movie merchandising revenue with Fox. With a comic version, there's no "lost" money. |

*EDIT* After taking a closer look, it's clearly 100% based on this version of Deadpool:
http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/...20130427230739 Edit:While I have not read any of the Marvel Now Deadpool comics, I do like the design. I would have loved to have seen a movie Deadpool instead, but we all know that's never going to happen...

While I would've preferred a movie version, this one looks great and will be going on my movie shelf anyway.

Holy shit, yes. The timing of this is so ironic as well, as just last night I almost dumped a bundle of money on the old Legends Deadpool. Luckily, the Ebay auction got too rich for my blood (and I wasn't 100% wild about that version, anyway, with it's dated buck and lame harness). But, the VERY NEXT DAY, this one is revealed, and it...looks...AWESOME. It's a must-buy for me.
Still, as great as it is, I'm surprised they didn't go with the movie version. But whatever, I love it anyway. *EDIT* After taking a closer look, it's clearly 100% based on this version of Deadpool: I guess 3233rafael can start giving away the multiples he has as a give away contest like he did with Vision |

Only if he wants to, haha. I've had chances to upgrade figures before (like the very first Toybiz Legends Captain America) and I still keep 'em around, for sentimental reasons

Hasbro has few (if any) of the original Toybiz molds (mainly just Bullseye and Hulkling) So it can't be the original. Plus even if it was they'd have to modify the socket joint since it wouldn't fit on the Bucky Cap body
