I get why NECA didn't make any but I wanted some of the survivors from Left 4 Dead. Really just Zoey was the one I wanted but as NECA reasonably explained there isn't a big market for fairly normal looking civilian characters who aren't excessively well known or popular. The same reason they don't do figures of the victims from most/all horror licenses. The fairly valid point of "how many people really want a toy of just a normal person wearing fairly normal clothes?" I still would've liked to have gotten Zoey from L4D even if it had been made available only in a two pack with one of the special infected.
I have thought about wanting more zombies though from different lines. Like the regular infected zombies from L4D, more Dawn of the Dead, or Resident Evil regular zombies. Not more of the special super monster zombies but just the regular shambling walking corpse type zombies. My Smoker from L4D is so lonely.

You mean something other than the ultimate figure? I don't recall seeing anything DMC from NECA other than the ultimate figure.

The only other Dante I'd want would be DMC2 Dante. Say whatever you want about the game but his look was awesome.
Sadly if they ever were to make a new Dante it'd more than likely be DMC3 Dante aka the honorary Ninja Turtle. |

Supernatural. I know many have said it before but it's really strange that a TV show that is as popular as it is and on season 11, I dont get it.

Because it's not popular enough to warrant a full fledged action figure line. It only sports a mild cult following and we've seen TV shows with only cult followings in the past and more recently fail to do well in the figure market.

Sorry but I have to agree with En there. I like the show a lot but outside of Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Crowley I can't say I'd care about an entire line of figures.
Now that said if they were to make those four I definitely them. |

Still keep hitting them every now and then on certain items. Double Dragon, Ninja Gaiden Classic, etc. Was pressing them on The Thing, but then that got picked up by Pop Culture Shock. Another I was is a revisit of Dawn of the Dead, but mainly as Mego style figures, as I think those would be stellar. Would also be really into classic Clash of the Titans.

I love NECA but if there's two things that bug me, it's their refusal to make figures out of so many major characters in franchises and opting instead to focus on the superheroes, monsters, and aliens even if the human/civilian characters are just as important if not more so, and their rejection of even bothering with some franchises because they're "too niche". They started out making Hellraiser figures, now Hellraiser is too niche for them. |

Personally, I'd prefer for it to be of him in his modern gard, but I'd be just as happy with a classic Ryu.

How does McFarlane Toys get away with it with the Walking Dead? It may be a successful franchise but it's not like every character they make a figure out of is a household name and they dress normally, though a bit grimy.

They started out making Hellraiser figures, now Hellraiser is too niche for them. When there are additional steps to making figures like securing rights in the first place it makes a lot of figures more effort than they're worth. For instance many fans have stated a desire for other members of Dutch's team from Predator like Blaine except we should all damn well know that only the most die hard Predator fans would actually buy a figure of that minigun-toting maniac so in the general market such a figure could represent a risk. If Aliens wasn't the mega-hit that it is then it would probably be a poor decision to be making figures of guys like Frost but fans have made it evident that they'll take just about any of the marines to build up a little squad.

Any and all Mad Max would be lovely, except for Thunderdome. Sadly no one gets to handle the license.
