Anyone else want The Lizard to be released in a future wave? He's basically the last Spidey villain I'd want in a 6in scale. (maybe Mysterio too) I'm not interested in any past releases of him in that scale; though I really like the awesome Selects version... why couldn't he be 6in?
There are sooo many Spidey villains they need to do though. I don't know that I could put them in order. |

I'm with you on Mysterio, since I really don't care for the Toybiz version. Though I dunno if I can see Hasbro sculpting the texture of his costume, and I think that's kind of necessary to get the look right...
I've got the Select Lizard and I love it. I don't mind Lizard being bigger than the rest of Spidey's villains on the shelf; I like him being a little more freakish and bestial than the others. |

Select Lizard really does look great. I love how his labcoat isn't overly tattered like most releases of him. How noticeably out of scale is he next to 6in figures by the way?

Here's my display:
He's about a head taller than Venom and about the same as the BAF Rhino. I've seen him drawn that big and I like my villains to have a really intimidating shelf presence, so I'm good with it. |

Mhm! I think the main downside to him is his articulation scheme; you aren't going to get many poses out of him. But I'm fine with that because he just looks so cool. Plus, he comes with the base that I've got Chameleon on, which is fun.

We're also in desperate need of an updated Shocker.

I'm willing to bet Shocker is coming soon. He and Overdrive are the only figures we need to complete the Superior Foes, and Overdrive would be a stunningly easy case of reuse; a new helmeted head and a black Ghost Rider body.

Since I'm seeing a lot of Netflix DD stuff coming out I'm starting to wonder if the ML set will be just that. I'd dig it. With a BAF sized Kingpin, OH HELL YEAH!

I just realized I didn't put SDCC Exclusive in there. You probably had no idea what I was talking about.

If a new Kingpin (or anything I really want) is SDCC exclusive I'm gonna be upset. This is the first time I can't go in like, a decade.

I'm kind of hoping that's what it is now. Netflix style Murdock, Electra, Stick,Kingpin, Punisher. That would be a sick set.

Hi everyone,
I've been out of action pretty much all week. I had some emergency eye surgery. Any SDCC Legends news? I had to stop working on any and all customs too. It's been a bad week. |

Hope everything went well with your surgery. Hopefully, the downtime has allowed you to come up with some great custom ideas!

Damn, Spyne. Sorry to hear that, man. Our eyes heal pretty quickly in general, so I hope your recovery is a speedy one. No SDCC info yet, and while there have been isolated reports of the Civil War Wave around the country, nothing in the NYC tri-state (that I know of)...and I've read no reports of Namor at Walgreens.

Wow, thanks for the quick updates guys. I was going to have glaucoma surgery to relieve pressure in both my eyes, but after they made the slit in my left eye, the machine broke! Luckily, the little cut they made was enough to release a lot of pressure. They then did the same in the right eye. It's a temporary fix, I'm still looking at surgery in the future, just not sure when.
Thanks for the warm wishes everyone, I really love being part of this community. |

Get well Spyne. Hopefully the SDCC news will be out soon. I think we're all dying to know.
Also don't we have a Arker who posts in the ML section just move to Kansas? Or maybe it was KC I can't remember, hopefully they are safe. They had some Tornado's roll through some part of that area yesterday and hit pretty hard. |
