Thanks!
The neckpost? Nope. My only negative is that hair. She actually looks to have a really pretty face sculpt. |

Well despite joining shortly after this site was created the mods have decided to treat me with utter contempt and are letting the bad guy win.
Seems Im getting the punishment for warning you all about a bad trader (FLIPWILSON) and they are gonna allow him to most likely screw other honest folks over without so much as a slap on the wrist. I cant stick around on a site that allows that sort of thing so Im out. See you friends its been fun. I, for one, will greatly miss the tremendous contribution TLD has made to help this place a cool place. Hope you drop in once in awhile. Fare thee well, mate..... Fare thee well.

I don't have one but my younger cousin has the Playmation thing so I took a look at the thing up close. He has good paint apps and the head looks removable to a little bit of effort. I didn't want to risk popping it off since it wasn't mine though. Might need a little bit of hot water.
It's actually really cool and it's a shame that we didn't get it when the Avengers Assemble 3.75" line came out. It's a really underrated line and has a really good Falcon, Widow, and a decent leader figure with a really nice head sculpt. The Falcon from that line is considered by many to be the best 3.75" Falcon figure. |

There are sections for that in the BST area. Both the feedback, and there was a thread about scammers too.

Those playmation figures have got to be a huge disappointment for hasbro... They just don't sell and are now at discount stores or clearanced for $5. It looks like the same for the 6", 2.5", and Titan scales. Hasbro is losing a ton of dough by not catering to us 3.75" collectors and fans. If there is any accountability within the company they will have to make some changes and make more 3.75" products.

No offense meant to you or your impressive collection, but don't you find them just standing there kinda...boring? I mean, I get having a bunch of figures standing together as your display for that collecton, but I try to give them something of a pose appropriate to the character.

In the past I used to have one main area where I would rotate characters through in a big battle scene. It's fun but not the best for space. Right now more than half my MU are in boxes to make room for Figuarts or Legends or other things I want to display. This is simply the way to get the most characters out on the display right now (and it's less time consuming). I like the static pose for team setups.

As it is, the broader diversity among the Legends 3.75'' is amazing as is, and the parts library seems to be growing for more too. It's mostly the cinematic lines that seem to have taken to the back burner for now, but I can see that easily changing with a 2 year avengers movie cycle coming up. Especially with the impressive roster of characters and cameos it's set to have. Hasbro hasn't forgotten us, they're recouping their costs and saving money for a bigger investment later. Even Marvel Legends 6'' had gotten set aside for a bit, with fewer offerings than we're getting for the 3.75'' lines, before it came back even stronger. Not much different than the MCU two packs we've been seeing and other smaller pushes they've been giving in those areas. Last edited by Snowflakian; 06-25-2016 at 04:38 PM.. |

I still say give them time. By the Infinity War movies, we may see some better prospects across the board for both cinematic and comic lines. We've already seen the return of comic packs for the 3.75'' line. So there does seem to be some push to get the glory days of original MU back alongside some more varied up diverse sculpts.

That's extremely likely. Even ant-man got a release, and if not for his own movie, then definitely if he's in the next Avengers movies.

I certainly hope so. The Sorcerer Supreme is too awesome a character to get passed over in the figure department.

I think they may be trying to avoid burn out. If they released the same cap, IM, widow and such every time people would get pissed that they're buying a repaint over and over. ( which they have done in the past). I'm hoping snow's right and they're gearing up for a big infinity war push. Give us new sculpts and definitive versions of everyone. Really the big tragiady in. all of this is the villains. Malek, yellow jacket, crossbones, and a few of the better goons, henchmen, and random shield ranks wouldn't suck. I don't get it, Star Wars gets figures and background stories for every extra in a costume, but you need to have at least a seven movie contract with Disney to even be considered for a TRU repack! And I won't even mention the lack of ANY FOX MARVEL SHIT!!! Oh except the SDCC spidey.... Yay.

I have limited funds. I would like that IM but have no use for another Cap like that. A classic cap would be different. Now from Hasbro's point of view, what they should have done was package Cap and Agent 13 together and Panther an IM together, since Panther and Agent 13 are what everyone wants, and want multiples of. That would have made us buy more figures, which we would have griped about, but still done.

And don't even get me started on the lack of movie X-Men figures. I've wanted a 3.75 Wolverine in his X2 uniform since they started making Marvel figures that size. Not to mention a Fassbender Magneto. Last edited by snake5289; 06-25-2016 at 08:52 PM.. |
