Lol Great points!...although, I also like Starfox ...and possibly, to your chagrin , I think we're going to get him. He was part of that SDCC 3.75 Infinity Gauntlet pack. The line appears to be functioning as a proving grounds of sorts for the Legends line. I'm astounded by the number of figs that have made the transition: Radioactive Man, Zemo, Grim Reaper, Tiger Shark, etc. This isn't just a thematic thing. These figs are seemingly being up-scaled right into the legends line, many times sporting the same iconic costumes. It's become so commonplace that I fully expect to see Wendell Vaughn, Hydro-man, and Living Laser 'Legends' soon. |

Went for a Walmart run this morning, and they had the ENTIRE Giant-man wave EXCEPT Black Panther and Nick Fury of course.... i felt so close to nabbing them today, yet so far. Oh well patience is key when trying to hunt these things.

I agree that we are likely to get a Collector with GotG 2, but I'd rather have a SDCC set of all of the Elders of the Universe...even the Runner and Contemplator lol About a BAF...I don't really remember him being 'giant,' outside of that 'Hulk No More/Offenders' story arc, but my memory could be failing me...getting old The Grandmaster has demonstrated a routine propensity for size altering abilities. However, even with him, I think it may be more of an illusion. Whereas, for someone like the Stranger, he IS actually huge. Theoretically, it should be within the Collector's range of power to grow in size ('dem Elders have some wild power sets), so I'd be ok with either a standard-sized or large fig. of him... Edit: just realized that you may have meant a BAF that is the same size as a standard figure...duh...I can be 'slow' at times. Last edited by TheBlueMarvel; 06-29-2016 at 09:46 AM.. |

Would you rather have a DNA Mantis or classic? I only ask because you mentioned Swordsman...although he also had a relationship to Hawkeye, but you know what I mean. Personally, I want DNA Mantis... |

I wish we were getting Swordsman though. I think with Polaris rumored to be released, Swordsman is the only hero introduced in the 60's left to get made. Unless I'm missing anyone? Or were those two the last heroes? I know, there are plenty of villains of course. |

Do you think we will get the entire team again in the future GOTG waves or do you think that only certain characters will be redone?
I personally think Groot, Gamora, and Drax are perfect so no need to redo them, I can see the fan favorites Rocket and Starlord getting another figure. I would be fine with none of them being redone personally, but I doubt that will happen. I would love all the "Villains" from the first movie though. It would be great to get Nebula, Ronan, and Yondu. I still can't figure out why they never made them? |

As much as I'd like to like Mantis, I can never unread the reasons Steve Englehart gave for creating her, and it ruined her character for me.
As for Swordsman, however, he'd be a superb addition! Also, any update on Black Knight which Hasbro would want to produce, I'm happy to buy. |

For black knight was thinking of something around this design
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...ert_Atkins.jpg If they do make one think the one i linked would be easier for hasbro to make as they can re-use majority of the parts from hob goblin just change head + cape and give him a sword , maybe a shield, splash some paint and ta-da black knight there are too many figures i want re-done XD though they are so far getting new molds etc i.e Captain Britain didn't think we would see him this year. |

I know we already have the leaks, but Hasbro REALLY needs to 100% confirm the SDCC exclusive....I want to see close up shots of everyone.

Yes. Not because I'm a huge fan of the character but because I'm so tired of having lines up ALMOST being done except for 1 or 2 characters (not taking into account costumes, just the characters themselves.) I feel like the only complete lineups we have are the O5 X-Men, the original West Coast Avengers, The blue/Gold X-Men teams, the O5 Avengers and the Fantastic Four.

I assume you're accounting for costumes as well? Yeah we have a long ways to go if that's the case original Ant-Man, original Wasp, Golden Iron Man, all from Hasbro, more than half, I guess the Thor and Hulk are acceptable stand ins?

... And of course the remaining classic X-men. A new Cyclops, Storm, Polaris, Sunfire and Thunderbird.

But yeah as far as groups we need a lot on, Thunderbolts are way up there - Songbird, Citizen V, Mach IV and Fixer are all in my top 20 wanted. Jolt I can give or take and Atlas would be a most wanted BAF, and well, we do at least have a version of Moonstone. (Can't figure out how to edit with a new quote so I'll just leave this hanging)... And of course the remaining classic X-men. A new Cyclops, Storm, Polaris, Sunfire and Thunderbird. -- We have a passable Cyclops, except for his X-Factor and Jim Lee outfits, most of his outfits up until the Phoenix Five did not change all that much. Sunfire and Polaris (FINALLY) are rumored for an X-Wave, while I have no idea what Polaris outfit they'll use I'm guess Sunfire will be classic Sunfire. Thunderbird would be nice, there is a variant Warpath in those colors that does not sell for cheap. FA Storm would also be great but as a stand in there is the MS Select figure until we get her. I'm not discounting your suggestions by the way, just giving you hope and suggestions for how to make do in the meantime. Granted non cheap and slightly out of scale suggestions but better than nothing...until we get the real thing. BTW I'd also throw Banshee in there because Hasbro's attempt at Banshee sucked rocks. It is horrendous. I'd almost rather just buy a DC Boomerang figure and use it for Banshee in his X-Corps era outfit. Last edited by Captain Nash; 06-29-2016 at 02:03 PM.. |

Do y'all think we'll see anything new at SDCC? Maybe a new Avengers wave or Thor? The complete Dr Strange wave maybe?
