How does Rebirth Superman's suit look more like Ultraman than the New 52 version's? The N52's suit doesn't even remotely look like Superman at all. The Rebirth one does. Only difference are the boots and lack of underwear.

The dark blue boots are what's throwing me off. Just looks wrong without the red ones.

You get used to it right away in the comics.

Ultraman's suit is derivative of Superman's anyway, so similarities between the Ultraman suit and a trunkless Superman suit are bound to come up.

Bout the only good thing to come outta all this mess is that superheroes are finally realizing that underwear should be worn INSIDE you costume.

I don't miss the red trunks but the red boots need to come back.

So no sign of Firestorm or Stewart from the Icons line? Has that wave been eliminated?

It was supposed to be out this Wed, but I don't know if that is still happening now.

Is it just me, or was DC's showings kind of lame? They didn't have any of the upcoming Icons figures on display at all, which worries me that they aren't coming out now until next year.

They also didn't have any Arkham figures out on the show (not that I saw anywhere online). I'd be okay I guess if what's been shown ends up being the last of the Arkham Knight line but I'd still like to see more of it.

I still wanted to see an updated Joker, Swamp Thing, and Deathstroke.

I wish there was something for me in this collection, but there's nothing. Bombshells were kind of neat, tasteful and well done, but I don't want them.
It's tempting to go into specifics, but "If you have nothing good to say, then say nothing at all." I'll shut up. |

Agreed. Still waiting for a good Swamp Thing figure (based on Jesus Saiz art)!

How is this Jesus Saiz art any different from the 70s or 80s run?

I know it's right out there, but I wanted to apologize to everyone for being an asshole. I'm gonna take some time to chill the frick out, because lord knows I need to.

I'm only gonna ask this one time: is EVERYTHING you have to say contrarian? I see you posting in a staggering amount of threads with the same negative questioning, contrary attitude and flippant cadence of a 13 year old. I find myself asking myself how one person can have so many opinions about so many lines, comics and movies.
Are you lonely? Do you not get enough attention at home? Or are you simply trying to artificially inflate your post count by typing non-stop nonsense of questionably relevance in every thread possible? Is there anything that you really like? Do you think we think you're cool for apparently hating everything? Who am I kidding, I don't give a shit. I just wish I didn't have to see your comments every other post of every single thread.

"You may not see some new Capullo figures in 2017 but that doesn’t mean we are done with the line. Greg took a bit of a break with the Batman book but will be back before you know it and we are sure some figures will follow!" They are usually upfront with things like this, like they would have comfirmed if there was plan to cancel the line. I remember they answered the fan who asked about the AK Ivy figure and they said it was indeed cancelled. I do think they have enough material (bat fam, Bane, rebirth Bats, Bloom, Black Mask, Penguin etc.) to make figures even before Greg comes back (Snyder said its around summer next year), but I guess they want to wait. They also told me that Icons JL 7 pack won't come with accessories since they want to keep the 100$ price. I'm assuming that Aquman will at least come with his trident. About the individual releases they said those were def possibility down the line. I really like how they respond to fans like this. Thumbs up! |

How do you contact them? I want to ask them for an updated release schedule for the Icons.

I sent DCC a mail asking about Capullo figures among other things and this is what they said:
