The only 3.75 figures I was ever into were Star Wars figs. But even with those, I've stopped collecting them and got rid of most of them because they don't fit in with the rest of my collection.
6 inch is just perfect in my opinion.

I still get some of the new 4" Marvel figures since it is my main Marvel collection but it is depressing how far they've fallen and each purchase stings as much as it sweetens. The Marvel Universe line is what pulled me into collecting Marvel again and watching the line develop new and improved molds and articulation over time was great but then 6" came back as the main Marvel line and all of the sudden the 4" figures were totally sidelined by Hasbro. Not even put on the backburner but instead on a little hot-plate in the corner of the room.

Now after collecting 6in figs..i look at the 3.75's and I'm like...now why was i collecting these.?? Yet i still can't bring myself to sell them...not in the near future at least. LONG LIVE THE 6in LINE!!!! ************************************************** **** Jeeez.....Netflix Iron Fist.....smh this is borderline painful to watch.. Its like what a Marvel show on ABC would have been BEFORE MCU or the NETFLIX U raised the bar..... the writing is just.... even Claire's part seems forced and she seems off...she was perfect in the other shows...and she's the tie-in factor.. my order.. 1. Daredevil S1 (nothing else came close to this) 2. Cage (though the last 5-6 didn't hold the pace/action/writing of the first 7-ish shows) 3. Daredevil S2 (this was nowhere near as good as season 1) 4. Jessica Jones 5. Watching paint dry 6. Root Canal 7. Watching Pootie Tang 9. Trump as President 10. Iron Fist lol.. I've honestly seen better fight sequences on Arrow then I do on Iron Fist. ((it's really not that bad...it's just...REALLY NOT THAT GOOD either..)) ************************************************** ************ 2nd newest BAF (ohhh..that X-related family of figs is coming along real niiiiice!!)

Anybody know if that old TB Storm is worth getting...the TRU Storm is selling for the price of a small country and the Jim Lee/90s look is generally the preferred look for my X-Men characters anyway...

When both lines were active, like 2013-2014ish I guess, I was definitely collecting both heavily. But ever since 2015 rolled around it seemed the offerings for the smaller scale were just not what I was interested in, which in one way I was sad about but in the other way, good because I have started spending a lot more on 6 inch figures. I would definitely collect more 3.75 if they were offering more of what I was interested in, but they have released a grand total of one figure from my wishlist in the last year (Quasar) and I've only bought 2-3 more since that wave he was released in. I definitely can't say the same for 6 inch, probably increased my spending 100% since 2015 LOL. Gotta have something to collect though. Hell in the downtime at the very beginning of this year (before X-Men and GOTG hit) I started in on 6(ish)inch DC figures, and have bought..well,..more than I should have..something like 60 or so. The only thing I hate with that "scale" is the various lines are not all the same scale...5.5, 6, 6.5, 7...it's a mess. Unlike ML 6 inch...gonna always go back to that as that is the gold standard of collections, my favored line now even more than the Star Wars collection I have amassed since 1998... |

I have her. The first time I went to move her arm it fell off. Hopefully we get a new Storm soon. She looks good on a shelf though, I'm just afraid to touch her now.

I have both the black and white versions, I think she is well built. She is a pain to stand tho and the cape makes poses hard. Also on the white version, she gets blemishes very easily on the cape.

Hey peeps just thought I would ask on here, because I know a lot of people have more figure stands than I do, but I was hoping to figure out the difference between Tamashii Act. 3 stage and Act. 4 stage?
I just recently purchased 2 sets of the act 4 and they are great, but I wanted to figure out why they are half the price of the act. 3 ones. Any info is really appreciated. Nice pics as usual Blue! Your posing game is top notch. |

The collection as it stands now. One more in the mail, then I have to lock it down for a while. BTW, it was a bitch to stand all those up without bases. I nearly forgot how many we had. I thought the one table would hold them all. |

Lol...yes, those figs are mine. Oh, and nice loose collection you have there. Yeah, standing all those figures up must have taken you hours.

So I have the original version of that poster and I was trying to recreate it with 3.75" figures and was making some serious progress before I ran out of space and also experienced some scaling issues that didn't work in recreating all the poses.
Super old pic, but it is what I did once I had to abandon the poster I actually just saw the newest edition of the poster at Hobby Lobby already framed and everything for $20. I really liked it, but it would be the third version I have of the image and to be honest I still prefer the original. It is based more on iconic versions/costumes than the newer ones. Also shame on you for putting Scott in the back row like that! Cyclops was always my favorite and he is front and center in my current x lineup. Last edited by K Dubious; 03-23-2017 at 01:50 PM.. |

Hopefully I'll be moving by the end of the year and I'll have that man-cave I've been dreaming of. I also need to invest in some decent stands, nothing fancy, but enough to survive a gust of wind or small earthquake. |

Stage 3 doesn't have those..but has these weird individual pieces that i assume would do something similar..but it seems easier to just have the one whole piece (stage 4) everything else looks practically the same.. Nice...can i borrow that AOA sunfire tho'

Dropped into a DisneyStore today for the Select Rocket/Gamora set, even ended up getting Groot after seeing how awesome he was in person. Personally i don't see Gamora as being 6'3 so I'll stick with the classic version (...and i like her better when she comes from a comic era that didn't hide her sexiness under full body space armor...) Groot is actually pretty amazing so both Select Groot and Rocket replaced their ML counterparts for the display. Gamora (even though oversized for ML) is still a fantastic figure so i'm trying to find a home for her among my Mythic Legion figures that scale slightly over the 6in mark...

Edit:...and what Warmachine said... @K Dubious Thanks! About the Tamashii Stages, I own a couple of Stage 4's. I think stage 3's come with a few variations in the posts that come with the set. That said, I don't own any of those, so don't quote me... |
