@Raf
That Madara does look awesome although I would have personally preferred almost anyone to him. Still holding out hope for a Neji, Hinata or Shikamaru sooner than later. |

Got my Lee figure in yesterday. Again, my first SH Figuarts. I am just blown away by the quality, you guys were absolutely right. The poseability is off the charts and the sculpts and paint apps are perfect. The shading on the crotch is odd but other than that it absolutely perfect.
Definitely getting some effect parts and a stand to get this guy int osome great poses. I will likely be getting Madara too. |

Today's arrivals...The 4 Mafex figs...I couldn't pass up on the eBay deal (100 bucks including shipping), but the one I'm most exited about is the Mark III Exhibition Color! That one came from Japan. Sorry, I only have one so I won't open it until I get another one because the card is mint!

Do Max Factory and Figuarts figures mesh well? I'd love to set up Trunks vs Saitama.

Awesome to know. Thanks.
May not happen anytime soon though because Saitama is a little pricey. |

I am still not sure if I want to mix Mafex with Figuarts Star Wars figures. I have the Marex Shore Trooper and Death Trooper Specialists on order but how well do they mix?

I don't think Mafex and Figuarts mix well at all. Mafex is too tall usually, sometimes way too tall.
For example, Mafex Rey is way too tall for any Figuarts. Troopers however, I've seen people mix those and they don't look bad. Those Troopers aren't clones, so them being different heights would work. Regular human characters that we know they're official heights prob don't mix. I only use the Mafex Darth Vader with Figuarts because the Figuarts Vader is so short it looks silly.

Chewbacca needs to put on some damn underwear. Looks like he's riding Snuffalupagus bareback.

I went ahead a bought the stand for the SH Figuarts line, and man is it fantastic! I combined my new Lee figure with the stand and the ligtning effect I already had an made a great display. I think I';m now and SH Fiuguarts fan for life.
Now I'm trying to find ways to get the Rocket figure for a reasonable price. |

Nice shot Toonstrack! My Lee order just came in . As for Rocket, the Marvel Figuarts unfortunately tend to be a lot more costly than other Figuarts. Good luck on the search.
The rest of the Naruto line is also pretty great. Itachi is particularly awesome. Amusingly, Naruto and Sasuke are my least favorite. If you do decide to collect more of the line, make note that there are two versions of Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto has a plain Shippuden version and his Sage Mode (which would have been SO much cooler with the coat) and a few different items such as a Rasenshuriken instead of the Rasengan. Sasuke has the early Shippuden look with the rope belt and the shirt with sleeves or the later version with the sleeveless shirt. The second version also has faces that have expressions tailored for interaction with the Itachi figure's faces. Gaara is set as the next release sometime in November I believe. I wish they would speed this line up a bit. |

Yea, hopefully they begin to treat this line like their DBZ one with several releases for each year eventually. I think they are just started to hit their stride with the figures look and feel. Im kinda just waiting for a Six Paths Naruto or Rinne Sasuke tbh, but I definitely want Madara. Unfortunately we probably wont see him til December if not later.

Han arrived yesterday. I love the sculpt. Better than any Han Solo figure I can remember. Still waiting on Chewbacca and Tony Stark to arrive.

@Raf ^ Is that Mark III IronMan just an exhibition armor from one of the Ironman movies OR is meant to me the Marvel NOW Ironman armor??
