Another recent addition to my ever growing Marvel Legends...Even though this is a Marvel Select figure, in my humble opinion, this was the best Groot (Within my scale preference.) to add to my Marvel Legends collection...Very much like the EE GOTG Box Set Groot (Shares the bodies as the BAF and TRU Exclusive Groot, but a different shade of brown paint apps among the 3 figures and a different head sculpt (Comic, and done well, IMHO) among the 3 figures.
Note: Favorite BAF: Currently, Space Venom...Just a well done BAF, he is just awesome...Worst BAF: Titus...I like him, streamlining of the articulation is a bit off and weird like, still I like him!

Snagged a few this weekend.
Beetle is easily one of our top ten of the year.

Just completed Mantis. She's an extremely well done figure, not a BAF though. Death's Head II. Is probably the largest figure I've ever seen stuffed into a Hasbro box. Definitely a weird choice for a BAF. Adam Warlock is the highlight of the wave for me.
Btw, if you're a in-the-box collector, don't use Walmart's ship to store. They put stickers all over the product. Fortunately, I pop all mine out the boxes. Last edited by Archangel; 08-20-2017 at 11:49 AM.. |

Was able to find Jessica Jones, Punisher, and movie Thor near a military base that my dad likes to go grocery shopping at. They were marked up by a couple dollars and I don't know why since it's Gamestop, but at least I was able to get them.

No, absolutely in store. Just found two at a Walmart we don't normally check. Only clearanced figures were the Doctor Strange wave. Both Hellcats were full price.

I don't go to Gamestop much for figures, but every time I have gone the figures have been retail price or on clearance.

Any time I've gone to gamestop the new figures are 22 to 24 each and older figures at on clearance super cheap. I consider them a last resort for ML figures

I never trust the tags - I scanned them both. Hellcat is 100% full retail.

I think I skipped Hellcat on that wave. I'd definitely go back and snag if I found it dirt cheap. I haven't seen a Hellcat in-store in a looong time. |

I think it's that there hasn't been an Avengers wave for a good long while, and so they're still in the system at full price.
