if i was a hardcore SW 6" fan..i'd be soooo pissed...
WTF is up with this distribution....it's TERRIBLE which is odd since its still hasbro. some of the figs i've purchased on line I've NEVER seen on a peg/shelf ANYHWERE..but there are about 10 or so figures that consistently clog up shelves/pegs at soooo many stores. |

Well so far it's all just hear-say and leaked images but from what I've seen so far;
Black series 6 inch figures for Last Jedi: Jedi training Rey, Kylo Ren, Finn in First Order disguise, and old Luke Skywalker. Not sure if it will be released on Force Friday but I've also seen an image of the Darth Vader from the Legacy pack being sold on its own in the standard black series box which matches an older leak from Gamestop. There's also figures like Thrawn and Hera Syndulla which have yet to be given solid release dates that may or may not drop on Force Friday with the Last Jedi stuff. 3.75" 5-POA figures: Jedi Rey, Kylo Ren, Finn, Poe in pilot gear, Luke, C-3PO, Chewbacca with a porg, General Hux with a mouse droid, First Order Stormtrooper, and two new characters called Rose and Paige (might've spelled some of that wrong). 3.75" scale vehicles/creatures: Ski Speeder with Poe, TIE Silencer with Kylo Ren, Resistance A-Wing with pilot, Imperial probe droid with Darth Vader, something police speeder with police officer, and Rathtar with Bala-Tik. I'm pretty sure those aren't all in the same size class and therefor not the same price range. There will also be numerous electronic oriented toys and various role-playing ones as well which I don't know enough about to detail here. Everything I've listed is just what I've heard of or seen about and might be wrong or not 100% accurate so take everything I listed as not being from an official source. Speaking of Hera, it feels like I've been waiting for Hera's release for ages. Really hoping she makes the Force Friday release! |

/\ Wave 2 will never see store shelves.
I hope they rerelease Sabine at some point. Maybe do a Rebels box set once they get Space Aladdin and Zeb out.

Apparently! Also, wearing the Rocky III fight robe as well. Too bad he won't be able to sit in the throne of the new playset as HASBRO do not make Star Wars figures in playset scale with knees! (Do you even throne bro?) LoL
Might see a super articulated version in 3.75" but might not. I am pretty excited as I will be in London for Force Friday II and it is one of the six cities with the global launch. I can not wait to get that Kylo Tie Fighter!!!!!!! The A-Wing, that new ship that resembles a B-Wing from the teaser trailer as well. That playset is a MUST have for me though!!!! I am a nutter for a playset! Big price tag but it will come down. Also, will have to get six of the red guards as the new pic going around has three on either side of him in his gold robe. I'm guessing the rumours can stop about Snoke being Darth Plagus or Jar Jar or so and so. These look great!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never got the "Snoke is Plagueis" rumors largely because I always figured most of what Palpatine said about his master was made up just to get Anakin on board with the dark side. The Jar Jar theory was at least a good joke because that had been a thing well before there ever was a Snoke.

Soft goods for the first time in the new modern 5 poa 3.75" line as well as a rotational wrist..... Different to the exclusive super playset version as well. In the leaked pic there were six Praetorian Guards, maybe each are different; will have to wait and see?
Potential spoiler/theory warning perhaps they are the Knights of Ren??? This is sort of fun and helps explain sometthings about them perhaps. 8 Things You May Not Know About the Praetorian Guard - History Lists

Well that makes sense. Silly me thinking Hasbro was getting it right for a moment. Cheers on the reality check!
Here is that figure at 1:17, you nailed it. Thank you.

Snoke's facial disfigurement is also very consistent with the injuries he sustains and is finally overcome by when Palpatine turns on him to enact the rule of two. Plagueis was also dabbling in bacta tank and genetic research, and spent much of his time trying to learn how to transfer his essence from one body to the next in his quest for eternal life, so that could open some ties there as well. It's all conjecture of course, but given that the novel was written before Episode 7 was released, I found many of the details of that book to be a bit coincidal with what we saw in the movie, especially since the book is not an official part of canon under Disney's new guidelines. Star Wars theories are fun... |

Walmart wouldn't sell me the rest of the figures because the item isn't in the system yet; the excuse was they are being recalled (not true). I got the one I really wanted for $1.59 because somehow when the cashier input the upc manually, a Mars candy bar rang up. Walmarts incompetence is epic, but damn I got a good deal.

Well the Stormtrooper dates back toward the beginning of the line but yes from my understanding these are both just re-release figures.

Wasn't R2 going to be reissued too? Not seeing anything to back that up now...

I've never seen anything about R2 being re-released outside of the recent 40th series (which was still way too damn hard to get). I know I've bitched here that they should redistribute R2 with the Last Jedi stuff.

I agree. He was one of the most in-demand figures because he had become so scarce, and then they shortpacked him. They better reissue him in some form!
