I used to collect Homies back in the day. They were small plastic figures with no articulation, but there were a lot of them. I had no idea they had "big head" or bobble heads, though.

Pulp Fiction is one of the most popular and highly regarded films with a substantial amount of pop culture influence so people wanting figures from it isn't an outlandish notion. That being said though I think the only one anybody really wanted was Samuel L Jackson so I expect this line to not sell phenomenally.
Well obviously if someone has the Disney Infinity game then the figures are needed to play as those additional characters but for everybody else they have the same appeal as knick-knacks. They're just solid figurines but of characters that are for the most part well known and done in a cartoon, almost Pixar like, style. It's like asking why people like Chibi versions of characters. They just do (or do not).

I'm actively looking for Jules and I want Vincent whenever he comes out. I'd buy a Jackie Brown and the Bride figure if they made one with a good likeness and I'd really love to have Mr. White, Mr. Orange, Mr. Pink and Mr. Blonde at least from Reservoir Dogs.
What are the chances of these making it to TRU without the diorama parts? I'm not too interested in the diorama parts and would be more inclined to buy characters like Butch and Marcalus if they were $15. |

Most DST figures wind up at TRU with less inclusive versions, their Marvel figures are the only brand that I've never seen at TRU (well Star Trek too but that's likely because those pieces are dependent on the bases so you can't repack the figures without 'em). I expect to see TRU wind up carrying the Pulp Fiction line.

Found Prowl and Bumblebee at Walgreens. Got Prowl. Want Jetfire.
The quality on this is very bootleg. His right shoulder was so stuck that i ripped off his arm trying to pose him. The plastic feels cheap like a model kit. Transformers Walgreens Prowl by Tsak Knight, on Flickr
